  We've used the team at this location of Midtown Tire (East Cobb/Johnson Ferry) for a while now with our older vehicles (the kids cars) and now that our newer vehicles are out of warranty, we're taking care of general maintenance with them as well. Every visit has been pleasant and well done. Greeted each time we come in service done quickly and fairly. Plenty of communications while the car is there. Would highly recommend the guys here whether that is a simple oil change, tire rotation, new tires, or other general services.

  Brought by Ford Escape in for some work and it was a great experience. They were able to knock it out within a couple of hours and it was a better price than most places I’ve been to in the East Cobb area. Shane was a big help and communicated everything that needed work!

  My gf took her car to the shop and casually tells me that they had to change her back breaks and put on new back rotors . I told her that's weird because it's her front breaks that were shaking . We pick up the car , sure enough front breaks still have the same issue. Take her car back, they shave the front rotors. Charged her for fixing what wasn't broken ( costs twice as much as well) and charged her the second time for shaving rotors when we took the car back . You would think after changing the wrong breaks and rotors , they would realize they messed up when you at least have to drive the car from the lift to the parking lot . It's more than enough to figure out that the problem wasn't fixed . There was no apology or at least acknowledgment if their obvious fault . They could have at least refunded the labor fees , since they obviously chose to work on the wrong thing to begin with .
