Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I had a great experience with Jeff at Mavis. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jeff provided excellent customer service, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service. His positive attitude and dedication really stood out. I appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him to others.

HIGHLY recommend this Mavis Tire location! They are my go-to and only location that I have used for numerous years now primarily due to excellent service and the manager Jeff. The entire staff, Key who also works the front desk and is always so helpful, keep me coming back. They have earned my trust for all my family vehicle needs, even things other than tires. I always check with Jeff first! Jeff is the most conscientious, hard working, detail-oriented, customer service focused manager you will find in the business. He really cares about his customers, which is not an easy thing to find sometimes these days, so we appreciate Jeff so much! Jeff takes the time to really make sure his customers are happy and satisfied no matter how busy he is, and he's always busy. He really goes that extra mile to take care of his customers and is a great ambassador for Mavis. Thank you Jeff and staff for caring for the customers and our vehicles!

SCAMMERS and/or INCOMPETENT
Either way be ware…
Brought car in for 1 tire. I had reserved the time and tire the previous day and paid a $25 deposit. When I get there the next day the salesperson tells me an amount $100 over what I signed up for. When I mentioned that he says ‘oh yeah I actually was looking at your request earlier, I forgot to put a discount on here because we didn’t have that tire. So you are actually getting a better tire for cheaper.’ Ok fine whatever. (Although when I looked up the tire later the price they gave it to me for was the going rate at several other places)… He tells me what the price will be out the door. Which is much closer to what I was expecting.
I come to pick up car and I get another amount that’s $25 more than last quote! I explain my concern. Initially the manager tries to say that’s what it shows and person who told me is at lunch so oh well. I stay with my side that it should be including the $25 deposit not adding it on. He finally takes a closer look and agrees. Saying he was confused b/c there was a tire discount. Again… whatever…
During this time I notice that all of my tires have different psi #s showing on my phone. So I ask him if the techs are supposed to check all tires even though they only replaced one. He quickly says yes they did it and it probably hasn’t registered yet. I insist it keeps refreshing and they are all off. He has a tech check them and sure enough NO ONE HAD CHECKED THE OTHER TIRES!!! Immediately my phone shows the new correct psi #s.
I get home and check my bill( dumb me should have done that in store)and I see they charged me for THREE tire rotations @ 24.95 EACH! They didn’t even touch the other tires! I called their customer service the next morning. Sadie was amazing!!!(the only star out of everyone) She looked into it and told me to go back to the location to get my $50 refund! I most certainly did.
But what a major disappointment. I just felt like they were trying to make money hoping I didn’t check them. I got 3 different amounts told to me and none of them were correct because they up charged me on paper from the get go! You’re telling me NO ONE noticed the TRIPLE CHARGE on their computer after my complaints about the price to 2 different people?! I told the manager I felt intentionally scammed. He didn’t have much to say except ‘oh no I hope not’.
Also a year ago I went to the location on S Cobb and they REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE!!! (different car) The correct tire location was on the invoice and everything!
With these 2 BAD experiences at 2 different Mavis’ I will not be back! Please check and double check these people and their work!

I had a nail in my tire and was worried I’d have to buy a brand-new one, but thankfully that wasn’t the case! The team was honest and able to save my tire instead of trying to sell me a replacement. Marvin was especially helpful by keeping me updated throughout the process, checked in on me, and made sure I didn’t have to worry. His customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for trustworthy service!
