Store 616 is amazing!!! I was done with Mavis due to poor customer service at the Dallas Hwy location but when I walked in, they helped me, got my car fixed in record time and were affordable and patient! Emily and Rich are my new best friends! They have a new customer in me. Quality, professionalism and customer service exude them!! Go see this location for you repair needs!

Brought my van in because we thought I needed two new tires. Was seen relatively quickly and they evaluated before telling me my tires still have a lot of life left. I really appreciate a car spot that will be honest and not try to make money off a woman in there alone. Excellent service!

This was the worst auto service experience we have had in nearly 40 years of getting serviced. Dropped off the car to get OEM tires, alignment, balance, and oil change. Next day, after we picked up, we had wrong tires, oil warning light, shuddering car. Dropped off again (while service manager was complaining that the car was fine). Picked up second time, still a light, wrong tires, still shuddering. Took to Valvoline, they said there was too much oil and the wrong oils filter and we paid to replace. Took back for alignment fix (third time). Came back again to pick up, they said “sorry our guy doesn’t know how to do your alignment” and when we asked if the tires were balanced he said, “how am I supposed to know, the tech went home”. It was shocking how rude the manager Scott was not to mention how poor the service itself was. I hate to leave the review but in addition to paying for another oil change we have to book another appointment to fix the warning light, the alignment, balance and debate whether we want to pay for the correct tires
