About 2 months ago, we bought all the tires for my Tesla Model Y from Mavis Tires Marietta and the front desk guy Alex confirmed me that these tires comes with warranty, like the same Costco provides us. I got all my tires from Costco last 17 years and they never disappointed me. So I was particularly checking this with Mavis tires before buying. I came here because they are very close to my house. Today I came here as one of the tires got a nail and it needs to be patched and the manager Covington told me that the tires didn't come with any warranty and we should have bought that separately when we bought the tires. Alex gave us misinformation and convinced us to buy the tires from them instead of Costco as I said to him that I am comparing the price and warranty with Costco. Very much disappointed as they hid it from us.
