  Always a great experience. Nothing but honesty, never trying to upsell (which is so rare when you’re a woman and take your car for any sort of maintenance). Amazing crew and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Oh and they are also super quick, efficient, and affordable!

  Do not look any anywhere else for any of your car servicing needs. Everybody was so attentive, kind, helpful and prompt. My oil light was low and I wasn’t sure what to do and they took care of it within five minutes in such a nice manner. I’ve never been treated this nicely at a car service place.!!

  I go here for the quick service, good team and the fact that I'm always reccomneded work that is needed immediately to keep my car going. Nothing superfluous. I've been here a few times and everytime has been. Good experience. Also the team working here usually has a funny story or two.

  Mark and his whole team provide customer service unlike any other shop I've ever been to. Their service is quick and reliable. They never up sell unnecessary services. I feel like I see the same folks each time I am serviced here too, which leads me to believe the employees are well taken care of and stick around. It's normal to be suspicious of a chain-type establishment - I promise, this place will not treat you like you are just a number.

  After a disappointing experience with another local car repair shop, I called Grease Monkey ahead of time and asked if they would be willing to change the transmission fluid in my Ford Mustang GT (manual) if I brought in pre-purchased transmission fluid (Mustang forums recommended Motul Multi DCTF). They said "no problem" and quoted a great price. I went to their shop once the fluid had arrived and after re-capping the situation, Rob & team got to work on my car. Less than an hour after I had dropped my car off, I got a phone call saying that the job was done - talk about a fast turnaround! Also, they didn't complain when I asked them to take some pictures of the exhaust so that I could see its condition to plan some future purchases. Not only did they get the service done quickly, they also charged me a very fair (low) price. And after driving the car for just a few minutes after I picked it up, I could tell Rob & team had done a great job installing my Motul fluid as the shifts on my way home were now smooth like butter. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
