  Worked with me servicing two vehicles. Provided great service and supported working both vehicles at the same time. They did miss resetting the service engine light on the BMW. But resolved the issue upon our return. Very happy with the service and the exception of coupons and senior/ military discounts

  Rob was fantastic! He was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and provided amazing service. The rest of the team was also great! Going on my own, as a woman, it was nice to feel like I was just given all of the information and was not pressured or sold anything unnecessary. And I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! 10/10, would highly recommend!

  I brought the truck in to get the fuel filter changed, which they did quickly and for a good price. I also needed a new battery so they went ahead and threw that in there. Then I told them about my windshield wipers not working and they fixed that too. I was also unaware of some needed maintenance -rear and front differential service, transfer case service, fuel injector cleaning- that was due. I like to properly maintain my truck, because it drives better, provides peace of mind, and prevents bigger issues. However, I have a hard time getting my truck in to a shop because I work during the week when the shops are open. Even when I get a day off, it’s hard to find a shop that isn’t slammed. If you can relate to that, this is a good shop for you to try. They’re fast, they have a lot of guys working, the prices are fair, and they don’t close until 7. Way more than just an oil change! Ask these guys what they can do.

  I went to this location for an oil change before work and the process was so quick . I was in and out within like 10 minutes. Recommendations were made to help my car run better and Rob was so helpful with allowing me to use my coupon , and just helpful overall. Customer service is always so good and the team work they have always has me out the door quick and back to my normal life . Thank you Grease Monkey. I don’t take my car anywhere else .

  I had emissions done last weekend which went fine. They noted I needed an oil change, and since I was driving my daughter's car I was not 100% familiar with how much an oil change would normally be for her hybrid. I let them do it and paid it, feeling uneasy about the price. When I called East Cobb Auto I found out that normally it's $80ish, not the $137 that I was charged at grease monkey. And Grease Monkey pushed me pretty hard to get a transmission service which I declined in order to investigate further. Later, in talking with East Cobb Auto who has been our mechanic for 20 years, we actually do not need a transmission service. The shop seemed like a nice shop, and the guys were very nice. But I do not agree with the pricing and recommendations.
