  Swung by for a quick emissions test, and both of the guys working were quick to assist! Between the two of them, they got the test done in record time, while being fun to chat with! If you're nearby, I highly recommend swinging by for your annual test (and all the other services they offer)

  I didn’t get the break down or why my price was so high for 5w40 oil I didn’t get told it was synthetic I had to ask the guy that helped me with my Audi, but after my main service I had my check engine light checked and my service interval was changed to 3200 miles when the techs should ask what they want it to be not what they recommend my overall service was a 3 star but I asked the assistant manager (Ron) a few questions and I was very pleased that’s why I’ll give the assistant manager a 5 stars. Thanks Ron.

  Overcharged and poor service. After I got my oil change (more on that below), they recommended a list of services the car needed, and I declined them all. Yet, they still charged me for an air filter that they didn't even put in! I had to actually go back to get a refund because they said they couldn't do it over the phone. Far from maybe offering a courtesy oil change the next time or maybe a half-off coupon, they didn't even apologize! It was as if they got caught stealing and they didn't even want to acknowledge it aside from just refunding me for what they never gave me. Apparently, if you look like you're financially well-off and don't know much about cars they will try to steal from you. As for the actual oil change: If you want to get the $89.99 price they advertise for a synthetic oil change, you better have the $25 coupon because otherwise you pay $112 for that oil change. How? They charge $17 more for oil and another $5 for "shop supplies?" So what's the $89.99 for? Labor and the filter only? Shop supplies and the actual oil should be included. I don't know how they have so many 5 star reviews.

  I had a great experience working with Kris. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Kris was responsive, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly.
