My wife and I pulled up with both vehicles for emissions testing. They were clearly busy but addressed our needs in a timely manner. All workers were friendly and got us on our way within about 20 minutes. Convenient location to our home with easy access off Whitlock.

Today I received Exceptional Customer Service from Malcolm. I was stressed with bringing the car in to get the breaks & rotors done. I had some other car issues, and Malcolm assured me everything would get fixed today. He made me feel comfortable, and at ease, afterwards I was able to relax while he fixed the repairs needed on the car. I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and assurance I would be able to drive the car today for work tomorrow. He did an Amazing Job!! I'm very happy with his service. The Manager was very helpful as well, and the price she gave was fair and reasonable for the repairs. I have been coming here for 3 Years and have never been disappointed with getting my car serviced here. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to the Grease Monkey at whitlock for any vehicle service needed. I would give 10 stars if I could! A+++++. The best thing about them is they let you know what is wrong or what needs service, and let you decide there's never any pressure. I appreciate the honesty every time I go here. They also give you a print out of service recommendations for your vehicle so you are aware of what needs to be done in the future. Keep up the Great service the mechanics work Very Hard. I got my emissions testing done here. They were quick, prompt and courteous. I live far away and was just passing through, but I will be using them again in the future

Went in on a Friday afternoon for emissions. Two guys and one girl working. The two gentlemen were kind and friendly and accommodating. The girl was rude, abrasive, and started yelling at one of her coworkers that's was having a conversation with me because he opened the bay chain to walk out of it. Because having the flimsy held together with twist ties yellow chain at the end of the bay connected to the wall was imperative before she could do the emissions I had already waited 30 mins for. Even checking me out she was unpleasant and shrew. Slung the receipt at me and stormed off. I will never be back
