  This place I recommend 10 out of 10, The manager Courtney is very helpful. He also has great recommendations and is very genuine. This is the only place I will be taking my car to when needed it ,As a girl that doesn’t know much about cars and a single mom that can’t afford to lose any more money. He’s the real deal.

  Took my vehicle in for a oil change using my warranty program and soon as I mentioned SilverRock the guys started literally try to discourage me from getting the vehicle serviced. Things were mentioned like "It takes forever to get approved, your car could be setting here for four days. We will have to take pictures and everything. " They mentioned these things to my wife on the phone last week and she actually talked to SilverRock then and was told these statements are not true. No customer should have to feel like they're forcing someone to do there job, so I left and the the vehicle elsewhere. I would not/never recommend anyone to patronize this location. I think the male employee name was Kourtney. UPDATE: Went right across the street to Pep Boys and the Oil Change was approved by SilverRock in 5mins. I see why Grease Monkey didn't have any customers at the time of my visit, they don't want to work.

  I was told my oil change was $135. I gave them a $15 coupon and then they said it was $127. The math isn't mathing. I won't go back, and yes both prices included taxes.

  Thank you to Tone for the great customer service ! That was my first time having a man pull my car up for me at a shop which was super nice. It was raining and I had my son with me. He was very kind and easy going. Thank you to Courtney as well ! Also I was in and out which was great. I appreciate you all for not having bad attitudes or trying to crack a dumbass joke. Alot of men who work at shops be CORNY AND CREEPY. Thank you for making my experience one to remember and thank you again for the great customer service !!!
