  I was very impressed with the service and the friendly atmosphere with your team. It was explained what I needed and the quickest of the services. I was in and out very quickly. Everyone that works there are truly great professionals. I give the Austell location, A+.

  This was my first time coming here for an oil change. The staff was nice and had me in and out. Literally 30 minutes. Tony made sure my car was serviced correctly and even let me know of things that needed to be replaced. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks fellas!

  I have two vehicles and the service was so excellent I brought my second one in and even scheduled a follow-up on the first vehicle to have brake work done. Lance is PHENOMENAL at customer service!! Truly!! You should promote him to train anyone who is speaking to your clients. Jake was amazingly efficient with the oil changes and managing multiple customers at a time. They were a dream team! It’s why I’ll keep going back!!

  I had a really great experience with Lance and I definitely want to give him the recognition he deserves. From the beginning, Lance was professional, respectful, helpful, and made sure everything was handled the right way. He was easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. You can tell that he genuinely cares about providing good service and making sure people leave satisfied. He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes pride in their work and treats people with that level of respect. I really appreciate the effort Lance put in and the way he handled everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Lance to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and I would absolutely come back again. Lance deserves five stars for sure!
