  Vince, Tone, and Jhe’rell did an amazing job servicing me. They provided excellent customer service from start to finish and made sure to tell me about the coupons and savings available. Overall, I truly felt like they cared about the condition of my car and, more importantly, about giving me peace of mind. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them!

  Vince, Lance, and Tony were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, made me feel welcome, and even sang “Happy Birthday” to me, which made my day. They were professional, worked quickly, and provided excellent service from start to finish. If you’re looking for great customer service, definitely stop by and let them take care of you. Highly recommend!

  Initially there was a service added to my bill that I did not request nor did I want so I had it removed. I was told the system said you needed it. Secondly, I was told that I needed a new battery because it was diagnosed as weak. I just replaced my battery a few months ago so I know that is not true. Other than that and the price being higher than at the location I usually go to, the service was good.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Grease Monkey thanks to Lance and Tony! From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and worked diligently to get everything taken care of. They made the whole experience enjoyable by keeping me laughing and making me feel comfortable while they worked. It’s not often you find great customer service paired with such a positive attitude. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their hard work. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Lance and Tony!

  I had the best experience while waiting to get my oil changed. Vince was very helpful, he explained everything where I could understand and wasn’t trying to pressure me into getting something done he just suggested it and said it was up to m I could come back and maybe get things done once a month..which is great. He also told me about the coupons online that would save me money.Lance and Yony had great customer service as well. Very friendly and had me laughing. It was nice and clean in the waiting area. Good filler water and it was nice and cool in there as well. I will definitely be returning for other services.
