KP was amazing! Listened to exactly what I wanted and needed in a car. He wasn’t pushy with me and went out of his way to take us to another dealership of theirs just to find the perfect car for me and work with the terms and all I wanted to end up with. I will refer everyone to him!
I gave a 5 star rating all because of 1 person. I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying a car before. I wasn’t or even felt pressured, the process was smooth and easy to deal with. This is the type of experience anyone should receive when buy a big ticket item. KP is your salesman! Ask for no one else! Having my business again is not even a question!
The only word I can find for my car buying experience here is disappointment… the customer service and communication were top tier, and this is my first time financing a car as a 20 year old woman. I went in, set on buying a 2016 WRX, and I was reassured that it was a good car, the car fax was clean, and even the test drive went well. After driving it off of the lot, signing the papers, and giving them my entire savings for a down payment, 2 HOURS after buying the car, the check engine light comes on. I had only driven it a total of 26 miles. The car is not drive-able anymore, and most shops refuse to work on it since it is packed full of after market parts… I should be able to buy a car from a dealership that tells me it’s a good car and not be stranded 2 hours later. My thought is that they cleared the code and sold it to me with the issue, knowing it was a bad car. I feel scammed and completely disappointed with this dealership. Repairs to make it run again will be upwards of 3k. Do not buy a car from here. Buy from an actual new car dealership. Now I am stuck with an insane monthly payment, a drained savings account, and no car.

KP is a outstanding salesman. I highly recommended asking for him if you happen to be looking at a car at grand motors. We had several bumps in the road during my purchase. However this young man never lost his cool, remained calm and ironed out all of the issues. Keeping in contact with the customer was always on point as well. We need more people in this world like him to run day to day operations across all sectors. Well wishes to this guy on all his future endeavors... 💯💯💪🏿 Thanks again!!
