I had the best car-buying experience thanks to Riley! From the moment I walked in, he was completely attentive and made me feel like finding the right car was the most important thing in the room because to him, it genuinely seemed to be.
He listened to exactly what I wanted, worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was that he matched my energy the entire time.
Buying a car is a BIG deal, and he treated it that way every step.
If you’re looking for someone who’s going to advocate for you, keep you in the loop, and actually make the process fun, ask for him.

Bought a car online through this dealership.
Communication was poor, constantly needed to chase them.
They didn’t coordinate the delivery, I followed up about it every day u til randomly one day I got a call from the truck driver that the car was arriving in 30 min.
When it finally was delivered I only got 1 key, so they mailed the other key out a week and half after but the ups package came empty with a tear in it.
Happy with the deal I got on the car but not happy about the whole process with these guys.
Buying a car from out of state can be stressful, but KP at Grand Motorcars made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. From the moment we connected virtually, he was responsive, transparent, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He went above and beyond answering questions, sending videos/details, coordinating logistics, and even personally picking me up from my hotel once I arrived in Georgia.
John, the sales manager, was also fantastic to work with—professional, accommodating, and solution-oriented throughout the process. It never felt high-pressure, which I really appreciated, especially purchasing from another state.
I also appreciated that they welcomed an independent BMW inspection and addressed concerns professionally. That level of confidence and customer service says a lot.
If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Grand Motorcars, especially from out of state, I highly recommend asking for KP and working with John. Truly one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase a car from them without a pre purchase inspection.
- They will not refund my deposit even though they have the car back...
- cracked rim, $1000
- rear and front bumpers painted horribly
- dashboard leather pulled up, I could fit my hand underneath it
- Horrible customer service. I wasted weeks and thousands on this car.
- off brand tires that i never heard of - on a $70k car I think you could do a little better but not surprised
- 1 key fob. they told me they included a key fob warranty so I could get the 2nd key on my own some how
- they drove my original trade in from Georgia to NY , 1000 miles additional on it and filthy when the car was immaculate and 24k miles, 2021.
Giving the review a 2 star simply for I like the car! 3 hours into my purchase ready to sign the papers and there's a 4,300 dollar charge (was told because they detail every car they recieve) and than the absurd prices of what they upsell you. I was about to leave until they removed that charge. I understand upselling, but grand motorcars needs to tell the customer upfront what costs of certain warranties xyz instead of letting them see what they got charged for on the 1st note. I felt very decieved and when I called back to talk about this issue and said you should probably disclose these costs to the customer up front...the response was "ill keep that in mind" nice cars, bad experience!
