  I meant to do this review right after I visited the location but lost the slip until just now and I’m so grateful because I really want to reach out and say how wonderful the people here at this location on Cobb Pkwy are- from the minute I called until the minute I left with my car the friendly voice of Chad answered the phone and he handled me with care and kindness the whole way through the process of helping me fix a tire that somebody else told me was gonna be like $200 and another place told me they couldn’t even patch it. He had me in and out of there in no time and I don’t know if I should say how cheap lol but they are wonderful and he is a sweet, sweet, very professional very helpful young man. I’m very pleased that I went to this location and definitely will go back for all of my automotive needs and service and even going for an oil change this week. Go there you’ll be pleased.

  I had a great experience at Eurofed! Chad Baker and the team took care of me on short notice and were able to fit me in for an oil change at the last minute. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both accommodating and trustworthy, and they definitely delivered. I really appreciate the great service and will be coming back. Highly recommend!

  I recently took my car to another shop and they were so unprofessional and talked down to me and tried to sell me services I didn’t need (I had an oil change a week before and they were adamant I needed one). I decided to get a second opinion and am so glad I did! I worked with Chad who was absolutely amazing! He checked my oil (which was fine), checked my car over thoroughly, diagnosed the problem, and promptly had everything fixed and me back on the road. He made sure to go over everything with me so that I would understand what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. He noticed I had car seats and wanted to make sure my car was top notch not only for my safety but the safety of my children as well!

  Chad and his team are friendly and helpful...So customer service oriented! They clearly know cars and care a lot about customer relationships. I took my 2006 Volvo wagon in for service the other day. They made sure to complete everything that day for me and they also went over every detail of the repairs and costs. There were some extra things that needed to be taken care of, so Chad promptly comped my oil change. They washed my car and stayed late so that I could pick it up that evening. This is a great shop. There's no doubt that I will continue to take my cars here for services big and small. Give them a try! You won't regret it!
