I have been a loyal user of Enterprise for over 30 years, and highlight this location and manager, Nyla Greer, as one of the best. While on a trip with a recent rental, I was about 500 miles away, but Nyla guided me through my difficulties and followed up to make sure I was in a safe vehicle. She greeted me with a broad smile upon my return to this location. I never hesitate when choosing a rental car company. I am confident with Enterprise, and I understand motor vehicles will occasionally have breakdowns. But I also know that people like Nyla will be there to help me with a safe and efficient solution. Thank you, Nyla. I shall see you again at my next rental!

I want to take the time to write about my experience of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car located on Canton Rd. in Marietta, Ga. I worked with a young woman named Nyla Greer. She was warm, knowledgable and very accomodating. My day was not what I anticipated, however, she came through with a level of professionalism and warmth, reminding me that while a business focuses on business, there are people with empathy and compassion on the other side of the desk. Thank you Nyla,
Edit 7/30: To add further insult, they opened a damage claim 1 month later, two weeks after this review, but nothing was noted on the completed agreement. 5 stars for the audacity. Damage Recovery declined your “claim”, but I applaud your efforts. The GM was around 5’5” on a good day so this tracks.
I really hate to leave businesses a one star review but this experience was awful. Keep in mind I rented a luxury vehicle. I rented a car to take to the beach with my family and wanted something comfortable. I picked up a Mercedes GLE 350 from this location and everything on the outside and inside appeared great. Unbeknownst to me the car had less than a quarter tank of gas so I made it 50 miles down the road in the middle of Atlanta traffic with the gas light yelling at me. OK, no worries, I go fill up. About 20 miles later it starts beeping at me that it’s overdue for service and it continues to beep this at me for the rest of the trip. Once we reach our destination, the car also rattles and when the wheel turns, it squeals like a clarinet. To add insult to injury, I had a valet parking my car all weekend, this was embarrassing. I called this location Saturday morning to let them know (I rented from Thursday night to Sunday night) and was told I would get a call back by Wednesday after dropping the car off. No call came. I then reached out to enterprise customer service to let them know this was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car and I was told I would get a call back. No call came. Therefore this deserves a one star experience and I would advise renting from other locations. I have used enterprise for years and I’ve never had this before. To add this car only had 10,000 miles.
