  I had a great experience renting from Enterprise on Canton Road in Marietta, Georgia. I had booked a rental at the Woodstock one on 92 but they proceeded to give me a vehicle That smelled of cigarette smoke and didn’t have any comparable rentals to choose from except a minivan. So I had to Lyft to the Canton Road one, And they had a Jeep grand Cherokee waiting on me ready to go. The staff was really fantastic. They had my car ready and clean right on time. The check-in and check-out process took only a few minutes with no hidden fees or surprises. The car drove smoothly and was great on gas! I will definitely use Enterprise on Canton Road again! I highly recommend their location first and foremost!

  We've used this location several times and they're always prompt and helpful, even when they're backed up. Big shout out to Dwayne for assisting us with our rentals. He is always professional and enthusiastic about delivering a good experience.

  Extremely disappointing experience — I do not recommend this rental company I made an advance reservation for a luxury vehicle because I was traveling with my family and wanted a comfortable and reliable car for our trip. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the rental location, the vehicle I had reserved was not available. Even worse, they did not have another vehicle in the same or a similar category available. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they tried to give me vehicles from lower categories while still charging me the price I had paid for a luxury vehicle. When I questioned the price difference, they tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the situation. I was basically told that I could wait and maybe a similar vehicle would become available later in the day. Since I had travel plans and was with my family, I could not spend hours waiting with no guarantee that another vehicle would even become available. Because of my circumstances, I eventually had no choice but to accept a minivan while paying the price of the luxury vehicle I had originally reserved. To make matters worse, the vehicle was given to me with only about 1/4 of a tank of gas and had a strong cigarette smell inside. What disappointed me the most was the way the situation was handled. I expected the company to recognize that they had failed to provide the vehicle I had reserved and either provide a comparable vehicle or offer a fair adjustment in the price. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as if this was perfectly acceptable. I paid for a luxury rental and received a lower-category vehicle without a fair price adjustment or an adequate solution. This was extremely frustrating, especially when traveling with my family. I felt that my reservation and my money were not respected. Based on this experience, I would not rent from this company again and would strongly recommend that other customers confirm their vehicle availability before relying on a reservation with this company.

  Fantastic price, clean new cars and building and top notch customer service. Dwayne took great care of us, he was very kind professional, informative and here to help. The best car rental experience i have had in years. Will definitely use them again

  I really like dealing with this location. I have never had an issue. Well once I did have an issue - unnoticed until I got home with the vehicle - 7 passenger Minivan instead of 8 - Captain seats instead of continuous seat in the back - they promptly called another location and got me in another vehicle within an hour! I have used this location about 7 times in the last year. I have zero issues using them again. they are even great for walk in service - say you're having your vehicle repaired across the street - they have your back and that day they had available vehicles!
