  Cameron helped my wife and I get our business handled and on our way in no time. We also worked with Billy. Both of these men were pleasant, respectful and extremely helpful.

  Had a great experience at Enterprise! The staff was friendly, helpful, and got me set up with a rental quickly and efficiently. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely choose to rent from this location again!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Milton for the exceptional customer service he provided while assisting me with my reservation. From the beginning of the process until everything was completely taken care of, he was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. What stood out the most was how attentive Mr. Milton was to every detail. He made sure that everything regarding my reservation was accurate and handled properly, and he took the time to explain each part of the process to me. I had several questions, and he was extremely patient with every single one of them. At no point did I feel rushed, dismissed, or like I was asking too much. Instead, he listened carefully, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before moving forward. It is refreshing to receive customer service from someone who truly seems to care about the customer’s overall experience. Mr. Milton remained kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. His attention to detail and willingness to take his time made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. Mr. Milton truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and his level of customer service deserves to be recognized. Employees like him are the reason customers feel comfortable returning to a business. He represented Enterprise extremely well, and I sincerely appreciate the patience, professionalism, and care he showed me. Thank you so much, Mr. Milton, for making my reservation experience such a positive one. You are truly an asset to Enterprise, and your hard work and dedication to your customers do not go unnoticed.   Waited on a 4x4 jeep( for ground clearance for the work im doing )a day and half to get the oil changed only to watch another customer say he didn't want the dodge ram the workers had for him. He wanted the jeep i requested. The worker went and got the keys to the jeep and for him leaving me hanging. SMH This is the second bad experience with enterprise in this area.

  I was given a car and when another customer came they changed the car and gave me that is smelling of marijuana, My were so mad cos anywhere we went, people (family & friends) kept complaining and asking why did I take the car. I realized that I was desperate because I was getting late for my son’s military graduation.
