This is the worst Enterprise ever. Schulman Anna won't stop charging my card without my authorization. And when I call they put me on hold or hang up on me. Schulman made a report that no enterprise should rent to me except her location. This is unheard of. Their rental cars are all Audio bugged. I can tell why she didn't want me going anywhere else so she can keep stalking me with her Audio bugs. This sound crazy, but rent their car and be quiet, you will realize the car is bugged and you will hear someone murmuring in the background or ask someone that could spot audio bugs to take them out. I am never renting from Enterprise, I don't know what sick games they are up to.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received while attempting to rent a car. From the beginning of the interaction, Hannah was rude and unprofessional. Her tone was dismissive, and she appeared irritated when I asked reasonable questions about the rental policies and pricing. Instead of providing clear guidance, she responded with short, unhelpful answers and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by being there.
At one point, I tried to clarify a detail about the rental agreement, and rather than explaining it respectfully, she spoke over me and displayed visible frustration. Good customer service requires patience, professionalism, and a willingness to assist customers — none of which were demonstrated during my experience. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily tense.
Renting a car should be a straightforward process, but due to the way I was treated, it became stressful and unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training so that future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
