Huge shoutout to Collin Clark at the Enterprise on Cobb Pkwy! He went above and beyond to make sure my rental process was quick and easy. Getting in and out was an absolute breeze, and the customer service was exceptional. If you need a reliable rental in Marietta, this is the team to see.

We liked the people working there. They were very friendly. We worked with Darius and Tatiyana. They offered us refreshing drinks while we waited for the car to be cleaned again aka they ran it through the car wash again. 😀

I’ve rented through Enterprise for several months and was referred to this location by another Enterprise branch because they had a GMC Sierra available.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff appeared frustrated and were openly complaining about communication issues within the branch. I then inspected the vehicle and found it was not in the condition I would expect compared to other Enterprise locations I’ve used.
The biggest issue was the rental process itself. I was quoted a rate approximately $400 higher than my existing rental agreement. When I questioned it and provided my current corporate account information, I was told I needed a reservation. I asked if one could be created while I was there, but was told it could not. Despite already having an active long-term rental history, a corporate account number, and a valid payment method, no effort was made to help resolve the issue.
I ultimately left without renting the vehicle.
I’ve generally had positive experiences with Enterprise, which made this visit particularly frustrating. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist a repeat customer left a very negative impression.
I would like to share a positive review of my recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and specifically recognize Mrs. Jessica for her outstanding customer service.
My boyfriend and I rented a vehicle from Enterprise to help transport his belongings from New York to North Carolina so he could assist his mother, who is currently facing serious health issues. Unfortunately, while traveling back south, our Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe experienced transmission problems and completely lost acceleration on the highway, leaving us stranded in Baltimore.
We contacted roadside assistance and were disappointed to learn that there was very little they could do beyond referring us to the nearest branch for assistance with a replacement rental. We spent hours making calls and encountered difficulties getting help. At one point, we felt dismissed and uncertain about how we were going to continue our trip.
Thankfully, Jessica stepped in and completely changed the situation. She went above and beyond to help us secure a replacement vehicle that same day. Not only did she resolve our immediate transportation issue, but she also arranged for a full refund due to the inconvenience we experienced and the unexpected hotel expenses we had to cover out of pocket.
If it weren’t for Jessica, this review would have been very different. Her professionalism, compassion, urgency, and genuine care meant more to us than words can express. She treated us with kindness and respect during one of the most stressful situations we’ve experienced while traveling.
Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like Jessica on their team. She represents the very best of customer service, and her dedication deserves recognition. What started as one of the worst days imaginable ended up becoming an experience we’ll never forget because of her willingness to help.
Thank you, Jessica, for your patience, your heart, your concern, and for treating us like family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and hope we have the pleasure of working with you again in the future!
