  Over the years, I've driven many of rental vehicles from Enterprise. They were facilitated by my previous business travels, personal rentals, or from insurance companies. In each of those experiences, the cars have been clean, and mechanically sound, and reliable. The experience had been fine as the service had been friendly, and without reservation issues. Recently, I had accept a rental from this particular Enterprise franchise. As before, the service was friendly, and the logistics made the experience smooth. However, in this instance, the car I was issued was a risk to my health. The interior of the car reeked of cigarrettes. The offensive odor had thoroughly permeated into all the fabric surfaces and carpet of the car's interior. It wasn't subtle. The apparent nicotine that had seeped into the car's interiors triggered my asthma to the point that I had to use my inhaler several times. This company had sent me a text, inviting me to offer feedback in case I needed anything. I responded to it, and stated what the pervasive cigarret odor was doing to my lungs. However, I never heard back. In my opinion, this car should have been taken off this franchise's inventory. Luckily, I didn't have to expose children to the interior of this car.
