- RURegina USA47Apr 16, 20265.0I had to rent a car for a total of 5.5 weeks with interruptions because my car was supposed to be ready but actually wasn't. I had to get another rental car the last minute and luckily one was available that I felt comfortable driving, and that was at the beginning of spring break when their inventory quickly diminished. I also appreciated very much that all insurance billing, paper work and phone calls were handled by the Enterprise employees. This took a load off of my shoulders. Thank you very much for making it so easy.
- CMCary McCallumApr 3, 20261.0Rented a car from the 13th February to the 16th of March. Due back 9:00 am on the 16th. Returned at 8:30am. Total was $804. They charged me a extra day. $44 Went back to Enterprise 3 times and was told by the 1st guy he was from a different branch filling in and could not help, 2nd visit they were to busy to look into it. (yes, there was a decent line) 3rd visit, Was told he could not refund since 2 weeks had passed and that the contract was closed out. He did not care I had been proactive to resolve and made 2 trips already to Enterprise. I showed him the reservation and I was right but he refused. This is a straight up scam rip off! Be careful Car renters and check your billing from these guys! See pictures.
