  I was very pleased with enterprise and the convenience of being able to get a rental car very quickly and exactly the car that I need. David was my customer service representative on Whitlock Avenue in Marietta, and it was a pleasure working with him. Can’t wait to rent again from enterprise.

  If i can give negative stars I would. David, who is the “manager” at this branch is very rude and unprofessional. I truly hope the calls are monitored and recorded (6:04 pm-6/30/26). Please listen to the call and me repeatedly telling him NOT to charge my card. Also, David told me: It’s either this goes to collection or you pay and get refunded. I said David, do not charge my card and he did anyways.. When i called him back, he said, “Mam, corporate is on my ass about closing the account (why give the option for it to go to collections?) and he HUNG UP! I am extremely livid because he did not try to even listen and understand the insurance and dealership miscommunication. Someone who can’t control their emotions and be sassy along with it should not hold any Manageral position.

  Fast and friendly service, facilitated a ride to the car pick up location, showed me how to operate the more updated and technological vehicle, and picked up car from the body shop once repairs done! Thanks to everyone involved from beginning to end! Great experience!

  Davona was the first person i came in contact with from the store and it was over the phone, she was so pleasant and helpful. You could tell she really was passionate about her job. When i met her in person at the store she was even more wonderful and accommodating(if thats possible) David the branch manager was the second person i came in contact with and his attitude and energy was the same as Davonas. They both were hands on working and upfront and peraonal with the customers. The store was running very smooth from a customer perspective. Will definitely only rent from this location again!
