  I rented a Jeep Wagoneer from the Enterprise location on Lower Roswell Road for a week-long family beach trip. At over $1,100, I considered the price fair given the extra space needed for a family of five and our luggage. Unfortunately, the vehicle had several serious issues: • It was clearly overdue for a tire rotation and oil change. • The alignment pulled very hard to the left, requiring constant two-handed effort to keep it straight. • The vehicle would randomly shut off and shift itself into park while stopped at red lights or when pulling into parking spots. • The idle surged noticeably, causing the lights to flicker at stops. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful. They suggested I drive an hour to another location to exchange the vehicle, but couldn’t guarantee what (if any) replacement I would receive. This would have cost me 3–4 hours of precious vacation time with no assurance of getting a comparable or better vehicle, so I chose to keep the Wagoneer and deal with the problems. Upon return, Enterprise offered only a $200 discount and a free upgrade on a future rental. For a vehicle that felt barely safe to drive on the road, this compensation was inadequate. I will not be renting from Enterprise again. The combination of a poorly maintained vehicle and poor customer service made what should have been a convenient family trip unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.

  Great service Demetrius and other young man did great. Wonderful customer service. Even helped me past close as I was running late. Thank you give these guys a raise

  This review is for Matt! He was so awesome in helping me get into my new rental. I was having a hard day and was aggravated and sleep deprived. I’m sure I walked in like a crazy person, but he paid no attention to that and maintained a professional attitude, took care of everything that I needed and got me into the car with no hassle. I really appreciate his hard work and he deserves a raise!
