  Had the worst experience at the 4800 Lower Roswell Marietta Enterprise branch ever. Please do not rent or do any business these people. They are very unprofessional and the car showing on their website available for rental is not a thing. This my third time trying to rent from them because they are so close to where I live and it will be my last. Each time I have booked on line and got to the facility and the vehicle I confirmed was not available. The second time it happen I ask the Manager about it and he stated they don’t always have the vehicles on property from website, but try to find it at another store. Even through you have a confirmation for it there. This last incident, same thing happened booked a car and when I got there it was not there. Prior to me booking this time I called the office and spoke to a live person who verbally told me that he had the vehicle on property and actually did my reservation. When I got there. 3 hours later the Manager who sounded like the person who took my reservation toid me my car I confirmed was not available. I was on a time crunch needing to pick up my out of town family from the airport. He didn’t even offer to see if another location had it so I asked him to look. He did and told me that they had two of the type vehicles that I came in to rent. I asked him to call and verify and he said he attempted but couldn’t get through. I asked again are you sure they are on property and he said yes I’m looking at them here in the system. I walked to my car and called them and got a person. I explained my situation and the rep transferred me to there reservation person because I had a pending reservation and they couldn’t switch it in store, which I thought was ridiculous but ok. Person transferred my reservation to the 1669 Cobb county Pkway S store and when I got there they pull up my reservation and told me they did not have my type of vehicle. I told the guy that the Manager looked in the system and told me you guys had two available on property and sent me over here. He told me that he can’t see their actual inventory. Please Don’t RENT from them, have spoken to several people who have experienced the same bad business. Trust me no matter if you book online or on the phone, when you arrive they will try to put you in some else. They don’t even have the inventory to up grade you to the next level. I walked by at lease 4 cars that were my type or next level and ask the Manager about them and he replied that they were not available because they were needing maintenance. Next call is corporate, wonder if they know how this 4880 Lower Roswell Rd store is single handily destroying their brand in East Cobb.

  The staff at the Parkaire location is always helpful and friendly. They are fast and professional. The cars are clean and in excellent condition.

  As someone who travels frequently for work, I've rented from many neighborhood rental locations. This Enterprise neighborhood spot (4880 Lower Roswell Rd.) stands out above the rest. They have an excellent fleet of well-maintained vehicles, a safe and convenient place to park your personal vehicle, and a staff that genuinely cares about their customers. A special shoutout to Caleb, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. This is hands down my go-to spot for all my rental car needs!
