  I worked with Reed and Chu (not sure of the spelling) both of these gentlemen were respectful, courteous and professional. I felt very well taken care of and it made the experience less stressful.

  Been in Atlantis since 1992 some rental agency have come annd gone and enterprise is still here and that base on standard price and well trained and andcourteous staff.

  Had a variety of issues t this location, not the least of which they gave me a car that after I got underway on a trip, we noticed had BLOOD all across the ceiling. It had rips, panels coming off, and the infotainment was glitching but that was not just gross it was potentially hazardous. Add on the $300 deposit at this location, and that employees definitely do not seem happy to be there and I have a hard time believing the rating this location has. Contacted corporate more than once, switched my car (a whole other trial, to which the other location had us wait more than an hour to "see what they had" even as we could see their lot while trying to convince us to drive another half hour to the airport to switch there instead) only to be charged extra because the switching location recorded half a tank of gas instead of 9/16 on the swap (and no, it was over a half AND the newer car had 1/2 tank more when I dropped off). The swapped car they "quick cleaned), had marks all over the fabric which seemed to be stains that could be actually cleaned but they "guaranteed " were just stains that wouldn't come off and the car was indeed clean. At least it wasn't blood! How far Enterprise has fallen!

  Im so happy there's a Turo rental car business. Because Enterprise is the worst ☹️ or maybe its just this particular one on Austell road. I had to rent a car with them not by choice but from Carshield which is another disastrous situation... I picked up a car yesterday it was low on gas and it had low on oil and need a oil change on the screen. I didn't notice it until I was halfway home. I was sitting at the light and it started stalling and a big warning ⚠️ about the engine. I immediately took it back. They switched me into another car with little gas. And this morning on my way to work the engine light was on. I called to inform them the situation. I had to take a break from work and drive 35min from Atlanta to Marietta to switched into another vehicle. I stood there waiting to be helped and the guy at the front desk totally ignored me while having a conversation with other employees about a damn football game. 5min later he ask am I here to return a car. No Sherlock im here to be inconvenience once again. This place is pathetic 😑
