  I had a pleasure working with this particular location it was a good two months. My first rental I wasn’t please with but they ensured me to give them some time so that someone else could return a bigger sedan that I had requested for. Both cars were descent & clean. My second rental I fell in love with needed an oil change I called up there & notified them about it & they told me what to do about that free of charge for me. As long as you communicate with them you will be fine & they will work with you. They aren’t the type that will call you throughout your rental duration & I actually like that. When it’s time to pay they do not call you all day, everyday they leave that up to you to call. My last week was smooth with returning even that day they didn’t call which I was expecting them to but they didn’t 😂 I would use them again in the future.

  Rented from this location and they billed me for an extra day. Still haven't gotten my money back. Even called corporate office. No help. 2 months now. Next stop will be the BBB.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with Enterprise thanks to Josh and Sierra! I arrived on a Thursday afternoon to pick up an SUV I had reserved online, but unfortunately none were available when I got there. I was already running about 2.5–3 hours behind, so this was stressful—but Josh really stepped up. He went above and beyond to track down an SUV at another location and had it brought over for me. His effort and sense of urgency made a huge difference and got me back on the road as soon as possible. When I returned the vehicle on Monday, Sierra provided equally excellent service. She was friendly, professional, and efficient during the check-in process, and even took the time to ask how my trip went, which I really appreciated. Both Josh and Sierra delivered outstanding customer service. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend this location!

  Been doing consistent business here for well over a year, booking my corporate travel. I've always returned vehicles on Saturdays and left the keys in the drop box with no issue, as this is what I was told to do by staff. My last rental was returned at 4pm on Saturday, but I was charged until Sunday. I called to inquire about the charge, only to find out that the entire staff has changed, and they would not honor what I was told previously. This may have been a perk for being a loyal, repeat customer, so I can understand enforcing policy moving forward, but at least make it right and honor what I was told. As a manager myself, that's how I would handle the situation. But now I will take my business elsewhere, where the customer experience is a priority.
