  1 star. Extremely disappointed with Enterprise Car Sales Marietta. I want to be clear that Keyana was excellent. She was professional, helpful, communicative, and did everything she could to assist me. My experience with Korey in finance, however, was completely unacceptable. When a serious issue came up during the financing process, I expected professionalism, accountability, and basic empathy. Instead, he was dismissive, unnecessarily sassy, and at times outright rude. There was no meaningful apology and very little concern about how the situation had been handled. What makes this especially disappointing is that I am not a casual Enterprise customer. I rent from Enterprise/National every single month for work and have consistently chosen the Enterprise family of brands for my business travel. I have built a level of trust with this company because of how frequently I use them, which is a big reason I chose Enterprise Car Sales in the first place. To be treated this way by the finance department after being such a consistent customer is incredibly frustrating and far below the level of service I expected from the Enterprise brand. Mistakes and complications can happen. How you treat the customer afterward matters, and this was handled terribly. Again, Keyana was fantastic. My experience with Korey in finance was the complete opposite and ultimately ruined the experience for me.

  I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Marietta. I appreciate their very transparent process, and no pressure approach. My salesperson was Kierra, and she was great. She communicated well, answered all of my questions, and was overall easy to work with. I'd absolutely recommend that you include Enterprise Car Sales in your search for your next vehicle.

  Purchased a Kia Sorento this week from Garret. He helped me do mostly everything over the phone. Was in and out of the dealership within 2-3 hours with the car I wanted. I highly recommend you reach out to him if you are looking to purchase a car from Enterprise car sales in Marietta. Great salesman!!

  IT IS THE SALESPERSON FOR ME! KIERRA WAS PERSONABLE, DOWN TO EARTH AND A OVERALL GREAT SALESPERSON!!! SHE KNEW HER STUFF AND MADE MY CAR BUYING EXPERIANCE FUN AND EXCITING 10 OUT 10 I highly recommend!!!

  I originally scheduled an appointment with a different employee but Charlette helped me find and purchase the vehicle I wanted. She has great communication and customer service. She was able to answer all of my questions and I left with everything I needed to know. I highly recommend everyone to check out Enterprise car sales if they have great deals and an amazing selection of vehicles. I will be recommending them for anyone interested in the future.
