    We are very angry with the Marietta dealership and extremely dissatsified with Enterprise Car Sales of Marietta. Patrick, Devon and Korey were working on a cargo van for us. We found one we wanted in their Morrow facility. Patrick told us he transferred the van from Morrow, Ga to Marietta, Ga specifically for us. We already filled out the paperwork and were qualified for the purchase, all we needed to do was see the van in person. Patrick told me he transferred it on a Tuesday and it would be here that day or the next. I received no call Wed or Thurs. I called Thursday night and Korey answered and told me the van was there. I asked why no one called or texted, he did not have an answer. We set an appt for Friday between 2-4 for me to view and drive and finalize the sale. I showed up at 1pm Friday, today, and was told directly from Korey the van had sold that morning. A corporate office came in with cash and bought it. He was denied by corporate to hold it for me, he specifically told me this. As you can imagine, we were furious. I demanded to speak with the manager Patrick who then changed the entire story and told me it was sold from Morrow before he could transfer it. I asked why he didn't call me and he had no answer except to say he was sorry. Sorry doesn't provide me a working van for my company. I asked why Korey lied and Korey looked me straight in the face and said he often lies to customers to try to 'descalate a situation'. As you can imagine that was a very dissappointing answer. But it doesn't end there. I came home and called the Morrow, Ga store and was told that indeed, the van WAS transferred out. Imagine that. So now I see both Patrick AND Korey lied. Who knows where the van went, who bought it, when it was sold and why no one called us to inform us ahead of time to give us the needed information. Most importantly, why did Korey tell me the van was there at the Marietta facility since Wednesday and set the appt. up for me to come view it Friday? These sales people are all liars and if you want a car there just be forewarned they will lie, cheat and steal to get you to buy something. They will tell you a car is there and get you to come in and then bait and switch you to another vehicle which is what they did to me. They tried to sell me a van almost $2000 more that the van we asked for and refused to negotiate the price down so it would be in our price range to make a happy customer. No thank you. I hope someone at corporate sees this and sees how dishonest the Marietta store team is.

    Sales Agent get a 5. Everything else is a 0. The sales agent was great, but my experience with the management team was very disappointing. I purchased a car about four weeks ago, and something was damaged when one of the staff members took the car to the car wash. I had to wait about four weeks for the part to come in, and I was the one who had to keep calling for updates because the company did not follow up with me. When the part finally came in, I scheduled a drop-off for 10:00 AM, but due to a work issue, I arrived at 10:53 AM. I requested a loaner for the day, and the manager denied the loaner because I was not there exactly at 10:00 AM, even though I had already waited weeks for them to fix an issue that happened on their end. To make matters worse, I overheard staff and the manager laughing about my request, which felt very unprofessional. The sales agent did a good job, but based on my experience with management and follow-up, I would think twice before purchasing from this location.

    Jessica and Kierra were so helpful!! They got me in my first vehicle and I’m so grateful. If you need a car, stop by and see them!!! Korey was amazing too! I’m so happy!!! The process was quick and easy. I did NOT spend all day in the dealership. I’m forever a loyal customer!

    I am 1000 Per cent sure this will be my worst Car buying experience I will ever Encounter Was told the cars were checked and had a multiple point inspection done. Still the car had A smell of Cigarette smoke I had to personally Bomb ( No Air filter change ) 2. Proposal was offered I signed for it then it went in another Direction I had to then get my own deal approved providing Extra proof using my 8 Years car sales Experience. Was promised a (we owe ) The date was set two days apart had no reminder of the service by text or Call on the set date then was told I missed the window I went out of state came back took the car to Toyota and was given a list of almost 7 things recommended to be fixed with a 24% APR.

    I wanna start off by saying that I had an amazing experience at the enterprise on Cobb Parkway, Kenny Curtis was so informative easy to talk to. We were able to talk about family life experiences and hobbies. The whole team in there were very friendly made me feel very welcomed the moment I sat down with Kenny I knew I was purchasing a car today thank you Kenny Curtis once again for putting me in the right direction and putting me in a car that fits all my needs. I literally told all my friends and family about enterprise Car Sales experience and suggest them to go give Kenny and the crew a chance to show them great quality cars for great prices again thank you Enterprise thank you Kenny thank you Enterprise team. This was the most easiest experience I’ve had in a dealership in a very long time.
