Simply put I went through the car wash with the most expensive wash and had to wipe off dirt, bird poop, and other unwashed areas after. Do not go here if you want an actual clean.

Car wash itself was nice, but past that I was not impressed with the rest of my visit. The attendant was kind, but there were no clean towels available across multiple stations and vaccums were clogged with items from previous guests.

It is certainly the worst experience I have encountered with a firm of their scale. They fail to treat customers properly and damaged my antenna. Whenever I visit and inquire about repairs, they offer a familiar routine. I have emailed their HR department without receiving a reply, which suggests questionable business practices.
