Good prices on unlimited washes. I go everyday. I wish they would clean their equipment more. The side skirts of my car get dirt left on them from the dirty equipment inside the wash. Overall, a good place to clean up.

The posted hours, including those listed on Google, are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, today at 8:15 a.m., the location was still not open, even though two employees were present. This has been a recurring issue, and there seems to be little urgency to open on time or assist customers. Cleaning towels are frequently unavailable, the vacuums often do not work properly, and the service has consistently fallen below expectations. The staff’s approach comes across as inattentive, which reflects poorly on the Caliber Car Wash name. I respectfully hope management reviews the staffing and daily operations at this location. Based on my experiences, this may be one of the poorest-performing Caliber locations. Customers deserve reliable opening hours, working equipment, and courteous, helpful service.

This place was running a promo around Father’s Day - a month of free washes for the price of one premium wash! I declined, but they pushed back saying “why not take advantage”?! - I explicitly asked if it was a monthly membership automatically charged or if this was just a deal for the first month. They assured me it was just 1 month and I would not be automatically charged. A month later, I was disappointed to see my card auto charged. I tried to call and cancel, but the voicemail said I needed to go to the store to visit. It Felt sneaky and dishonest. Outside of this experience , it was a great car wash.

$20 for the cheapest wash with tire shine. LOL 😆😆😆. Lets normalize calling this nonsense out.
