- TTTalia Tappin6 days ago1.0DONT GO HERE!!!! SIMPLE TIRE CHANGE TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE. Some guy at the desk fat fingered the mileage on my Ferrari by 30,000 miles. Called twice over a 6 month period and they never updated it with car fax. Took months to get resolved.
- ETEvan Tucker6 days ago5.0I’ve always had a nightmare experience with alignments at tire shops but these guys I will be going back to. I took my 2011 C6 GS here for an alignment and everything was done great. My car is lowered with a ZR1 body kit on it and most tire shops won’t or can’t do an alignment on them. I spoke with Kevin on the phone who was a nice guy and was helpful. They are more expensive than a couple other shops in terms of alignment. It was $279 for the alignment vs $150 what another shop quoted me but it is well worth the extra $ since the guy working on the car has a lot of experience. My car used to pull hard right and now it’s perfectly straight. All the guys were nice especially the really tall guy that works in the shop. The only minor issue was when I got back to my car it was in battery saver mode and the battery was on which can be a nightmare of electrical issues if these cars fully die. (Said from experience) other than that everything was perfect.

Wake up early to drive to their shop by 8am. Only to here they can't do it and it's to big. They told me someone tried to call . No one called no one left voicemail and I signed up for text alert and guess what no text. So I wasted an hour and 20 minutes driving and lost sleep. Thanks Butler tires
