Wayne is the best!!! I have a BMW 5 Series and he solved most of the ride quality issues I was having with the car. I went from Good Year RFT’s to Michelin PS tires and it was the best decision ever. Thanks again to Butler and Wayne for taking the time, explaining everything and getting my car right. They really do baby your car. They were fast, accommodating and efficient. They also did a 4 wheel alignment. Keep up the good work guys!!

I have been visiting this store for 29 years , it is so sad to see the decline in atmosphere and customer service without Gary at the helm! Shame on the new management at Butler Tire for letting the best of the best become just like any other store amongst the rest

Outstanding service that is transparent and friendly. I had a hub bearing issue that was hard to diagnose (it wasn't always making the noise) and was referred to them by another shop. They were patient and effective to find the problem for a fast repair. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly while they gave transparent options. Pricing was great, too. I definitely reccomend bringing your vehicle here for trustworthy service.

I was a loyal customer for over 20 years, mainly at the Buckhead location, but that time has come to an end! Butler is not what it used to be! Just took a new truck in to get new wheels and keep the original tires in a new truck a couple of weeks ago! Saturday was to first time I took it on the highway and the whole truck shook at 70mph. I had just gone through a roughy time with them trying to get power running boards on the truck, that was a disaster. Had to take it somewhere else because of delays in delivery and then the wrong part was delivered and they tried to install the wrong part! We applied the deposit to the new wheels and they completely botched the wheel balancing on all 4 tire! I was so fed up that I took it to Discount Tire and they showed me how off all 4 wheels were, and said whoever did this didn’t know what they were doing! Unbelievable! Never going back! It was a good ride but it over now!

My experience with Butler Tire (now associated with Tire Discounters, Inc.) has been completely unacceptable from start to finish. My wheels were damaged while in their care, and what should have been a simple correction turned into a nearly year-long delay. After waiting that long, I made an effort to have the wheels installed, only to be told they could not complete the work at that time. Now, after holding my property for approximately a year, the company has refused to install the wheels altogether, stating they will simply box them up and return them—without fully resolving the issue they caused. Even more concerning, I’ve been told there are limitations on their responsibility going forward, despite the fact that the original damage occurred while the wheels were in their possession. Attempting to limit liability after a year of delay and incomplete service is extremely questionable. At this point, it feels like the goal is to avoid responsibility rather than resolve the issue properly. I have made multiple good-faith efforts to handle this directly, but the lack of accountability, excessive delay, and refusal to complete the service speak for themselves. If you are considering doing business here, proceed with caution and ensure everything is documented—because if something goes wrong, resolution may not be handled appropriately. Update: After this response was posted publicly stating the wheels would be repaired and ready, I later received communication indicating the company would not install the wheels and would instead box them up for pickup. More recently, the area manager advised me to notify him once my vehicle was available and stated the wheels would be installed at that time. After I informed the company my vehicle was ready, I was redirected between the area manager and store manager, and I have still not received a clear response regarding installation or final resolution. I have continued making good-faith efforts to resolve this matter professionally and directly.

Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $129.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
