Absolutely the worst place ever, if you want your vehicle held hostage bring it here, they say one thing do another - I was told today, tomorrow, next week, and still waiting. Completely unprofessional I had to constantly call for updates they give you nothing but the run around I rescheduled 3 flight to accommodate these people antics such a waste of time and money.

Cory was awesome and patient! I’m a very impatient person and was blowing Cory up all the time to find out where my wheels were and he was very patient and provided amazing customer service! They had great pricing and aligned my vehicle which turned out perfect! I would highly recommend this shop.

I am leaving Butler Tires as a Customer FOR LIFE. A friend highly recommended them, so we went. We had a nail in our tire. They took keys and got to work. About 30-45 min they called me to the counter to tell me it was done. Tarvin handed me the keys and told me to have a great day. I was confused. I asked him how much I owed them and they said nothing. I was still confused. I haven’t experience customer service and care like this in a long time. I even had to take a look at my tires because all of them were wiped down and shining like they were brand new. I had to do a double take to make sure they were the same tires. Wow! Just Wow! Tarvin and Butler Tires just gained a RAVING FAN of Butler Tires in Marietta. I will tell everyone about them and will not take any of my cars anywhere else for tires. Thank you for WOWing me with unreasonable hospitality and customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $129.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
