  I had the misfortune of having my call picked up by the manager of this location who told me her name was Nicole. I spent 3 minutes trying to get through, then when she finally answered with her bad attitude i asked how much a deposit is, she then said, hold please, 6 MINUTES later she answers again like I was someone else, at this point I questioned what the hold up was where she insisted to cut me off, then put me back on hold for another 8 minutes, when she answered again and I called her out she insisted in speaking over me with anger in her voice and hanging up on me. This woman clearly needs to get a job where she'd be more suited, like cleaning toilets in a truck stop or something. I've used budget on numerous occasions, and never will again. Thank Nicole for this!

  They went the extra mile to help. I had a slight issue which they could have easily handed me off to another location (ATL), but they took ownership and solved the issue for me. They did all this with good customer service. The next time I rent a car from Budget, I will choose this location.
