I was given the car with 7/8 of a tank and instructed to return it at that same level, which was confirmed by the employee upon drop-off. Despite this, I was charged an additional fee for two gallons of fuel to bring the tank to full. Customer support has been unhelpful, and the representatives on the phone were unable to even access my rental information to explain these extra charges.
