    Big Tex has been great to work with. I had an issue with my dump trailer. They repaired the broken hinges and then reached out to say they wanted to replace the unit. They gave me the value towards a slightly larger model. The staff is very helpful and I love the location! A+ for Big Tex!

    I purchased a trailer from these guys about 5 years ago. It's a really nice trailer at a reasonable price and then after 5 years I called them and they sent me the invoice that I couldn't find right away. Awesome, thanks trailer guys!

    Purchased a brand new 16GN- 0 miles. The Manager Jason was absolutely wonderful. We are starting Hotshot, so we are new in the trucking business. He was attentive and answered all of the questions we had. He made sure our trailer was in pristine condition & ready to get on the road. I would also like to mention Jessica- she was wonderful! She had our derate information printed and also mailed an official copy within 2 business days. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service!
