  The service I received today was rude as hell! I felt like I walked into the wrong location based off of the look I was given. I'm not sure if the dudes were racist or just plain rude. Either way it was terrible service especially from a manager!

  Abigail was absolutely amazing !!! Like literally this store compared to pep boys was liek good vs evil.. and auto zone was def good ! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for GREAT service. There was another young African American woman who was helping us as well .. she went above and beyond .. everyone who worked this day at this time was helpful and accommodating.. pep boys was being rude so their professionalism at auto zone really helped !

  I got a very great service from Tanesha at Cobb parkway Marietta , I came in to change my battery and she was the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Guess what? This lady is pregnant and she’s still moving around helping me get things done. She was down to earth, ready to help me and all smiley. I told her she’s welcoming and she’s so sweet.

  Love this location. Shoutout to Abigail for helping me with my Civic. She not only helped me but explained what was going on so I can be more prepared later. I came in upset but left smiling. Thanks again!
