- BBbehnam18565 days ago1.0This was my favorite place to go to purchase oil filters and other car related products. I used to also go here to get my check engine light checked out. Have it reset, get new windshield wipers or air filters and so on. Since the new manager, some lady with short blonde hair is been assigned to this location. I’ve gotten nothing but negative experiences always focusing on on what she’s not able to do. Fake friendly and not helpful. Feel bad for the team under her. Short with customers And just a few minutes ago told me that it’s illegal for her to reset the check engine light. That drove me over the edge that is not true. I highly recommend the O’Reilly Riley’s down the road very professional courteous reset my check engine light and Even recommended a mobile mechanic. My new place to go. Oreilly .1 mile from this location.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
