    I stopped by this location specifically to support a brick-and-mortar business, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. I was looking for a brush-type applicator for Rust-Oleum automotive touch-up paint to fix minor scratches on my rims. The staff hadn't heard of the product and didn't have it in stock. I walked out to my car, found exactly what I needed on Amazon, and had it at my door within 36 hours. When I went back in to resolve the issue with the $18 "Universal Black" spray paint I had already purchased, I hit a wall. Because I’m not an account holder and didn't opt for a paper receipt, they refused a refund. I even showed my bank statement proving the purchase at this exact store, but they claimed they couldn't help because it didn't show the specific item barcode. The salesman himself was actually very nice; he even offered to keep the spray paint I bought so they could resell it, but he still couldn't give me my money back. It’s hard to justify supporting local retail when e-commerce is this much more efficient and reliable. I won't be back.

    Wonderful service and Had an amazing tech who helped with installing the battery, His name is Abdul, highly recommended, took him 10 mins to install the new battery without an effort. Very professional and great price, highly recommended.

    I have no issue with the store but the employees. They seem to barely understand how their own systems work or how to do their job. I asked for a refund on an item that I knew for a fact was on my file. The employee kept telling me it’s not on file and only once I asked him to check it for a 4 time did he suddenly “find it”. I’ve had this issue multiple times with this place. They need new employees

They were incredibly patient, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly without any pressure or condescension. That alone meant a lot to me. The store itself was clean, well organized, and fully stocked, which made finding what I needed easy and stress-free. The staff made sure I left feeling confident about my purchase and even offered helpful tips, which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer service still matters and where you’re treated with kindness and respect. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone—especially those who may not be car experts but want honest help and great service. I will definitely be returning!
