  I will not shop at Advance Auto Parts again, and I strongly recommend that anyone buying a battery here think twice. I purchased a DieHard battery from Advance Auto Parts about four years ago. At the time of purchase, they had me provide my phone number and specifically gave me the impression that my purchase information would be on file if I ever had an issue. Fast forward to now: when I actually needed them to stand behind the product, I was told they would not honor it because I no longer had the physical receipt. What makes this even more ridiculous is that DieHard batteries are sold through Advance Auto Parts, so this was not some random battery I could have purchased anywhere. I gave them my information when I bought it because I was told that was how they could look up the purchase later. Apparently, that system is useful right up until a customer actually needs it. The employee’s solution? Next time, take a picture of the receipt or make sure I save it. That is an absolutely unacceptable response. If customers are expected to keep a paper receipt for YEARS in order for Advance Auto Parts to honor a product they sold, then they need to make that crystal clear at the time of purchase instead of collecting a phone number and making customers believe their transaction is being saved in the system. I did exactly what I was asked to do when I bought the battery. Advance Auto Parts failed to maintain or retrieve the purchase information they told me they would have, and somehow that became my problem. So here is the advice they gave me, passed along to everyone else: if you insist on shopping here, photograph every receipt, save it somewhere permanent, back it up, and apparently plan on keeping it for years — because giving Advance Auto Parts your phone number clearly does not mean they will be able or willing to help you later. Personally, I’ll just spend my money somewhere that actually stands behind what it sells.

  My boyfriend came in and bought headlights paid extra for warranty. come to find out they were the wrong size so he goes back to the store to get a refund or to get a replacement and the manager houman or whatever his name is was extremely rude and wouldn't give him a replacement or a refund. We will never go back and do business again.

  Wonderful location. Dora helped me out. she's outstanding! Patient and very knowledgeable. Clean and organized store. I was able to find what l needed in record time.

  Just go elsewhere… they are impatient, slow, and not knowledgeable at all. I worked with a guy named Houman. He was rude and very slow. Acted like we were all annoying him by our presence in his store. Trying to get simple brake pads, he was annoyed that I didn’t immediately know “the diameter of my rotors.” Told me, “you should know, it’s your vehicle.” When I asked him if he knows the diameter of the rotors on his personal vehicle, he couldn’t answer and just looked at me. Waste of time and this particular guy, Houman always seems to have an attitude.
