  Google Review I had a wonderful experience working with Cedrick May. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision without ever making me feel pressured. Cedrick went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and customer service really stood out to me. She helped me seamlessly go from leasing my car to buying it out and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was professional, helpful, and great with communication.   I had an AMAZING experience. As soon as I arrived, Brandon greeted me with a welcoming smile. He quickly checked me in and walked me through the process of my car’s recall maintenance. He and his team were kind and informative. I was granted a loaner car for the day that truly had me considering trading mine in for an upgrade. My car was fixed and returned to me by the end the day. It was a smooth process and I would gladly bring my car back if the need arises. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you to Brandon Wilson, Mr. Sawyer, and all those who work at Walsh Honda in Macon who made this such a worry free day.

  Walsh Honda offered the best car buying experience I have had in a long time! From the customer service, to presentation of vehicles, and professionalism, I highly recommend purchasing from them new or used. My salesman, Chris Carr made it his personal business to help me find the perfect first car for my son and when I couldn't figure out a feature after purchasing the vehicle, I called and he walked me through it. There was no pressure to buy, just professionalism when you buy a vehicle from Walsh Honda. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Chris Carr, his name says it all, Chris will find your perfect car!

  RE: Personal experiences of March 16 - March 19 2026 Reason for Service: 2011 Honda Accord was leaking rain in the car from the headliner positioned above the driver's seat. I have been reluctant to submit this review because I'm not certain that negative reviews inform prospective customers of the possibility of receiving substandard services. Contemporary professional decorum and positive customer-centered services have either disappeared or I am interacting with the wrong business and/or service provider. The issue is that I have utilized the service department for maintenance on two Hondas with Walsh Honda Dealership for at least ten years. On the above-referenced time frame, I received superficial apologies after filing verbal complaints for disrespect, poor services, or plausible excuses without confirmation: My car was kept overnight without anyone contacting me before such action was implemented, and I had not been previously informed. Dirt and grime, shop towels, and other work-related material were left in my car by personnel that performed various assigned tasks. The Service Department Manager told me in person that his staff did not partially remove the headliner, the headliners were no longer being manufactured for my car, and a local upholstery shop could glue the headliner back in place. The Service Department Manager's statements were not substantiated by the shop that actually replaced the headliner. Moreover, the same upholstery shop also had to remove the headliner to check for leaks, which appears to be the norm for checking interior water leaks. It appears that the Service Department Manager and some of his personnel assumed that I had a below-average IQ or that I just didn't matter, for whatever reason.
