  I recently had my windshield repaired on my 2023 Honda Accord after a rock hit my window, and Ronald with Safelite AutoGlass did an absolutely amazing job. His customer service and communication were outstanding from beginning to end. He explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Ronald was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. It’s hard to find people these days who take pride in their job the way he does. Overall, just a great guy and an excellent technician. I highly recommend Ronald and Safelite AutoGlass for anyone needing windshield repair or auto glass service!

  Had an old chevy pickup with a leaking windshield. I needed the full replacement with gaskets. Best price I could find by quite a bit was Safelite. I scheduled the appointment for an 8am-1pm window two days out. No problems. They came to my workplace and did the job. Actually got started a little early. Communication was excellent, easy process all the way through. My technician, Diante, was the absolute best. Friendly, thorough, and knows his stuff. If I was to start up a glass repair business, he'd be the first guy I go after to come work with me. Just an excellent experience overall. The glass is high quality, the inner and outer gaskets look great, and the placement of the rear-view mirror is perfect.

  Original appointment for replacement windshield was scheduled for my home; the day before I was told I needed to go to the Macon, GA location due to recalibration needed which couldn’t be done in the field. I arrived at that appointment only for the replacement windshield to be broken already. They had to set me up for another appointment. Next appointment, they weren’t able to get the recalibration done and then wanted me to come back for a 3rd appointment! I’ve wasted time, gas, and missed work and refuse to do so. While the staff was nice, I am very dissatisfied with the services. They will not get my business again!!!

  I had a great experience in person at this location. The technician was super friendly and completed everything efficiently and correctly. I am also thankful for the manager giving me a generous discount for a small distortion in the glass that is not very noticeable. Overall, very impressed with the great service!

  Worst experience ever as a first time customer here oaying CASH out if my pocket of over $800, and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! They damaged my BRAND NEW vehicle and had the nerve to put double sided tape on it as a repair instead of replacing it! The management suvks and won't return your calls and when you get face to face with them, he acts pleasant while telling you lies to get your money! Corporate doesn't care either so that's why they act they way they do! Have your glass repair done at your dealership or some place else! They don't know what they are doing here at the Macon location!
