Booking through their website was seamless, the pricing was completely fair with zero hidden fees, and the technician arrived on early, with my approval, and did a flawless, highly professional job. The entire process couldn't have been easier, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

You operate on their time and providing a service for them. So be flexible and their managers will not do their job either to reconcile or make it better. I had to reschedule appointments and meetings to make sure I could get my window fixed without a phone call or discount for inconvenience. The second tech, Kendrick, came on the rescheduled appointment and did a great job in 30 minutes.

I was kept waiting all day on a Saturday and the technician never showed up or called to let me know they weren't going to keep the appointment. I had to reschedule at a different location and they charged me about 100.00 more because of the distance. I spoke with customer service about the issue and she had a take it or leave it type attitude. I should have supported the local glass shops in my area and will do so in the future. Safelite is a lage company, they won't miss me at all. By the way, the technician that actually did the install was absolutely amazing. He kept me up-to-date on when he was coming and did a Great job!!
