  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Marquis! His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. Definitely appreciate Marquis for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Idea it for a quick stop today. Was there in the fall and had two blown tires on our tow on the RV. Mark got there. They jumped in immediately and evaluated the tires, put new ones on and we were gonna on about an hour. Great attitudes and great service.

  Five-star service at Mavis #5591! I drive a fleet vehicle, and after several other locations told me they couldn’t assist me, the team here took the time to verify my information and got my oil change done quickly. The workplace culture and leadership here truly stand out. You can tell the staff respects their manager; I noticed great communication, active coaching, and immediate teamwork throughout the shop. They saved me a significant amount of time, and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle maintenance.

  Had came in to have someone inspect a previous alignment and Ms.Cowanna was an amazing manager on duty! She assisted me with my vehicle needs and even picked up the part my vehicle needed, after the mechanics showed me I had a detached sway ling bar to my right front tire! Thank you for your swift, and experienced work ethics to make my car safe for me and my family! Very kind and wonderful service from her and her team!
