  While I was having my vehicle serviced, some lady who look like a musty trashy man sped through the parking lot aggressively in a black Nissan making demands to the technician. She was irate and making threats, but the employee and Store Manager remained calm and professional. This is why I always come to this Mavis, they always provide amazing service and immaculate customer service!

  Cowanna customer service was phenomenal! She is such a sweet person inside and out! The world needs more people just like her! I would hire her with no questions asked! I was ready to pay for an alignment and she went the extra miles to show that I was under warranty! Didn't even know it! I appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity!!! She is truly a blessing to this company!!! I'll be a mavis customer for life!

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes - Thomaston Rd. The team was professional, honest, and very trustworthy from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, and got the job done quickly. It's hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this location definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend!

  Mrs. Cowanna at Mavis Tire provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the entire visit stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone as sweet, professional, and dedicated as Mrs. Cowanna. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers. If you’re visiting Mavis Tire, I highly recommend asking for her—you’ll be in great hands!

  I have, unfortunately, had to come to this location a few times due to tire issues as I am a hospice nurse and I drive a lot and end up with nails and such in my tires. As aggravating as it is, I never have an issue at Mavis. They are always quick, reasonable, and helpful. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of and I know that my car is in very capable hands. Thank you to the thomaston rd team, yall make this inconvenience as simple and quick as possible and I always appreciate it!
