- MHMatthew Harner2 days ago4.0Solid, friendly team. Setting appointments has worked well for me -- mainly tire rotations. The seating area could use some tidying up, but otherwise this has been a great place to go for my tire services.
- GSGarrett SiskAug 19, 20261.0Car pulled to the right. Went in for an alignment. Car pulled to the left very badly at highway speeds. Went back two more times and no one there “could replicate” the problem. Took my car to another shop and the front left toe was 2 degrees out of spec and the right rear toe was 3 degrees out of spec. Avoid this shop. Workers are incompetent, and management isn’t held accountable.

From the genuine care for a customers needs and time to the truthfulness of pricing. He knew what needed to be done. The final payment DID indeed match the original price as promised. And my car runs GREAT!!! I definitely recommend.
- LBLisa BensonJul 12, 20265.0Several weeks ago (June 11)we had a flat tire going through Macon on an out-of-town trip. We were able to make it to Mavis on Bass Road right before their closing time. Dustin and the guys were extremely courteous and helpful. Walked out of there feeling safe to continue on our trip. Fast forward to today July 12. We were passing through Macon again and had a valve stem leak. We stopped there to put air in the tire. The doors were locked and they were closed, but they came out to check on us and replaced our valve stem even after closing time. The best and most impressive part was they did it with a smile! Next time we buy new tire we quite possibly will drive to Macon to Mavis tire to get them. Ty and Deeke were so kind and helpful!!! I don’t want to sound overly dramatic but thank you for renewing my faith in humanity.
