  We tried to reserve a larger SUV and were told that we could go to Riverside to pick it up; first red flag as it was the same day but I thought ok maybe it is true…When we arrived, the car size/type wasn’t available. We were told we would be given a call when that size of SUV was returned. No call. Weird. There was a lot of joking around but no real explanation of the process… I guess we presented as the joking type of customer. Anyway, I am wondering now if we needed to give a credit card to actually get a call back? It wasn’t really explained, so I guess I won’t ever know….I really hope we don’t need to use this location again. I have used it in the past and found them a bit difficult but never had them not keep their word. Oh well. Not a lot of options any more in Macon. ****Update****We contacted customer service as suggested by the business response. The rep was nice. He took our info and said a Manager would be in contact the next day. Red flag since the next day was Sunday. It is Tuesday and no call. We contacted Avis and they got us into a car. If you have issues with Enterprise, you can go to the Macon Airport. There are a few other rental car companies there and they are open on Sunday. The selections probably are not as large but they got us what we needed after one phone call. Good luck!****Update End****

  The representative there were very rude and not knowing how to handle therejob .I wad thre six hours with reservations and still didn't receive a car

  The way Ms Jersey moved each customer with a timely fashion and meet each customer needs was great in. Adam was patient and helpful when I had to transfer money from my account. Overall my experience was wonderful

  This was my first time ever renting a car, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The check-in process was quick, simple, and straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Alan was the person who helped me, and he was incredibly nice and professional. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my garage door opener inside. Alan actually caught me as I was leaving the parking lot and returned it to me, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car!

  I experienced a breakdown on the side of the road during the heat of the day, and Jersey at the Macon, GA Riverside branch went above and beyond to help me. From the moment she answered the phone, she remained calm, compassionate, and reassuring, which made a huge difference because my anxiety and fear were overwhelming. Jersey stayed with me throughout the process, making sure I was taken care of and coordinating everything so I could receive a replacement rental at the next branch. She continually checked on me, asked if I was okay, and reassured me that everything would be handled. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern helped me regain my composure and work with roadside assistance to resolve the situation. The level of customer service she provided was truly exceptional from start to finish. Employees like Jersey are the reason customers keep coming back. I sincerely appreciate everything she did for me, and because of this experience, I will definitely rent from them again.
