The clerk (who did not wear a name tag) claimed it was against store policy because the item contained Freon. He told me to come back the next day to speak with the manager. When I asked for the clerk’s name, he said it was “Chris,” but there was no last name tag to verify, which is concerning given how common the name is. He refused to share any personal information, arguing that he couldn’t disclose it, despite being an employee of your store. His attitude was rude, and he treated me as though I were attempting to scam the store. I’m sure my race was a factor. I am a regular customer and a veteran, and I value the discounts that come with my purchases. This incident has made me reconsider patronizing your establishment. If my bad experience is indicative of your overall customer service, I may urge others to avoid your store as well. While I’m not seeking a refund or an apology, I wanted to inform you about what I perceive as poor management practices. Based on industry customer service standards, this situation could result in a loss of several customers.

I explained the severity of the $8 part I needed to drive home with my kids 45 mins away NOTHING!! And all of this was BEFORE 9 pm I walked back to my car and his ride pulls up and he walks out!!! Before I could even drive off!!! Very unprofessional and disloyal to your paying customers
