I wasn't planning on writing a review about this place, but after everything that happened, I feel like I need to share my experience.
I bought 4 tires here which they offer free alignment and free oil change with the purchase. When I came in that day, they had told me to give them 2 hours. I decided to stay and wait however; it took them 2 hours to get my car in the bay and then another 2 hours to do the installation/alignment. I understand that things can take time and that it gets busy. My problem was that they didn't communicate that it would take two hours for my car to get into the bay and then another two hours for the work to be done.
After leaving, I noticed that my car was pulling to the right. I figured I'd mention it when I came back for the oil change.
About a week later, I came back for the oil change and specifically asked them to check the alignment because the car was pulling to the right. I wasn't telling them to automatically fix anything. I wanted them to check it and tell me whether the alignment was actually off or whether there might be something else with my car causing it to pull right.
They told me that they would check it and to give them an hour. I was there for 3 hours, and it was 2 hours before my car even got into the bay. Before I left, I specifically asked whether they were able to check the alignment. I was told that they checked it and had been corrected. So naturally, I left thinking the issue had been taken care of.
As I was driving home, I noticed it was still pulling right. I called them back and asked if they had the alignment printout. I was initially told that I was supposed to receive one, and that they would check to see if they had it upfront. They then proceed to tell me that they do not have one.
I was then told to come back during the week because it would be much faster. I specifically called ahead before coming back and explained the entire situation to Ray. I was told to come around 1 PM. I called again 30 minutes before coming in to make sure that 1 PM was still a good time which I was reassured that the mechanic was finishing up the work and would be done by then.
When I showed up this is where my biggest issue with the shop happened.
I asked how long it would take for my car to actually get into the bay because there was still a car in the alignment bay. I wasn't asking how long the alignment itself would take. I had already waited hours on previous visits. I just wanted a realistic estimate for when they would actually start the work on my car. Instead of saying it is going to take about 30 minutes for your car to get into the bay and then another hour for the work I was told it is only going to be a bit until it gets into the bay. I asked again but how long? This is when Ray asked if I wanted to ask the mechanic how long it would take them. I agreed and we went out to ask the mechanic. Ray said something along the lines of, "This guy is asking how long you're going to take", in a tone that made it sound like I was pressuring or rushing the mechanic. The mechanic said it would be 15 minutes which I said was fine as long as it is 15 minutes and not an hour.
I felt like I was being treated as though I was some impatient customer and demanding that everyone drop what they were doing for me.
After being here 2 times already and waiting 2 hours both times for my car to just get in the bay I felt as if my question about how long until my car gets in the bay was reasonable.
Ray continued to make me feel like as if I was being impatient or rushing them by also adding something along the lines of "even though the Mercedes on the rack takes longer to do". I kept trying to explain to Ray that it wasn't about how long the work was going to take it was about giving me a realistic time it would be for my car to get in the bay. I felt as if he was not listening and not understanding me. My alignment was fixed and gave me a before/after printout sheet.
I gave this place multiple opportunities. This experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.
