  We had Enterprise pick us up and drop us off for our rental. Pickup was excellent. Picking up the car was no issue. No problem. Very quick and easy. Almost had an issue getting the ride back to where they picked us up due to " staffing shortage"... But one of the other employees took care of that and we were taken back to my mother's and everything was perfect. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

  The Enterprise Experience Day 1: Setting Up the Reservation Fabulous. The website worked. Five stars for the computer server. Day 2: The Call to Schedule Pickup This is where the "Enterprise Experience" truly begins. I called to arrange my pickup time and was immediately greeted with the phrase that now defines modern customer service: "We’re short-staffed." Not "hello," but a preemptive apology for the inconvenience I was about to endure. That, however, was just the warm-up act. I then received a follow-up call to review the rental requirements. I was informed that in order to rent a mid-size sedan off the lot, I would essentially need to prove I had a liquid net worth roughly equal to the GDP of a small nation. They didn't say exactly $16,000 in my bank account, but the financial colonoscopy they described felt like I’d need to put up my house as collateral just to leave with a set of keys. Altogether, this is the Enterprise Experience. It starts with a digital smile and quickly devolves into a logistical and financial obstacle course. Less than favorable doesn't quite cover it.

  Very money hungry, they don’t explain policies until after you pay and won’t refund you and everyone says something different I drove 40 mins away as a college student to receive a refund that I was told I could get and didn’t receive it not mention they push you to get insurance that isn’t needed if you already have car insurance

  I booked this vehicle through concur with my job, as I'm a government employee and travel often for work. I wanted to try this enterprise location out, since I recently moved and this is now the closest to my house. I was dissatisfied with my experience overall. I felt unsafe driving the car I was given (Nissan Sentra). The car was very outdated (only the windows were electric, everything else was manual inside the car). I had to pump my seat up, which made me feel like I was in the 90s. The car had Bluetooth only, and nowhere to put your phone to navigate GPS. It rained for most of ride and I couldn't see out of the windows well (I've never had this issue in a car) and the windshield wipers didn't work very well. They dragged, were loud, and didn't manage the water well. I also notice this location isn't allow to do upgrades to larger/newer cars if they are available. However, I noticed my co workers visited different Enterprise locations that did offer them excellent upgrade options. My plan is to visit a different Enterprise in the future for work travel. Not upgrading the car isn't the fault of enterprise, but I obviously would prefer to go where they are offering upgrades next time, or at least a newer fleet of vehicles.
