  If I could give a 0 I would. Their drive through system sucks. Left a lot of residue on my vehicle as if it didn’t clean. I got the tire shine and left all the soap on my rims. Do NOT recommend.

  I showed up ready to pay cash, handing over the exact amount, and they flat-out refused. They told me to wait for the district manager, came back three minutes later with no manager in sight, and put me on speaker with some woman named Jessica who barked orders and snapped, “Go take it up with Caliber Car Wash then,” like she wasn’t even part of it. All I wanted was a clean car and to give them my money. Completely insane experience

  10 out of 10 experience today thanks to Trey! He was super friendly, sweet, and helpful in guiding me with the vacuums. I will definitely be recommending this car wash location to everyone I know!

  Don't get your car washed here if you value your hearing. There's something wrong with their vacuum system, and it creates the most unbearable droning noise, nonstop. The entire time I was there I could barely hear myself think. Even when you're not using the vacuums, its just a constant screaming. My windows were down when I left and could still hear it a half mile away. Plenty of other places to vacuum out your car that won't give you a headache. They need to get that fixed.

  Catrina was EXCELLENT in helping me find the right package for my vehicle. She really took time to help me figure out what package was best for me and her customer service skills are phenomenal to say the least. What I didn't like seeing was that she was basically having to work by herself going back and forth from the pay are to the tunnel, that is ridiculous considering I know for a fact that there are other employees or managers that could be assisting her. I wanted to bring awareness to this young lady because any employer is lucky to have her. If she hasn't already received praises, a raise, or a higher pay position I one hundred percent feel that it is due.
