  I have had a membership for a while with Caliber. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my membership because my rear windshield wiper arm got completely ripped off my car! When I spoke to someone that I believe to be in management, she said that there wasn't anything they would do about it. She said that I should have taped the wiper down and it wouldn't have happened. She said that sometimes they have painter's tape there and that I can ask to have it taped down. I asked her why they don't just tape everyone's down in the first place so that this doesn't happen and she said that they would not be doing that. (Guess it is less expensive and easier to just point to the signage that reads that they are "not responsible" for damage that their establishment causes.) Enter at your own risk people!

  I was in carwash and the roller caused my windshield wiper blade to come off and fly to the right hand side of the car. The attendant went and got it and said they don’t cover replacement. He said he could file a claim that would take at least 20 minutes but that wipers aren’t covered. I now have to reach out to a district manager to get it resolved. I just needed my car washed now having to spend 1/2 a Sunday on this issue.
