  First of all I was deciding which wash I wanted and a guy said if you Apple Pay me I’ll give you this for this. Well I was confused and he said if it’s too confusing we will just do this one. 1st red flag. Go through wash and it folded my side mirrors🙄then come out to still have stuff on front of my car. Then the floor mat machine didn’t work. Also the air nuzzle for crevices didn’t work. Well tha vacuums are crappy so overall I need to go elsewhere. Worst 24$ spent. I know this area is ratchet but damn the car wash too😡so no not happy at all and I feel like dude is really getting people to Apple Pay him to collect money. Never coming here again don’t waste your time

  None of the air guns worked at the time of my visiting. Very disappointing.

  I have been a customer of caliber car wash for a few years now and I’m very disappointed. I pay for Tire shine and every time I come to the east west connect location. It only shines one side of the car it overshine one side of the car or I don’t get a Shine at all. There’s always a scratch a new scratch on my vehicle, the customer service they don’t know anything I mean the employees that work inside of the building don’t know nothing can’t help you with anything. The towels always stink. My prior visit here the vacuum cleaners were not working. and I now don’t wanna be a customer any longer if you want your car clean do not take it here. Take it somewhere else. And let me not forget the price went up and the service went down. I have to run my car through this cycle of wash two times in order for it to get cleaned and I’ll bring my car at least every two weeks. There’s absolutely no reason why I have to run my car through twice because it misses dirt every time I could tell exactly where the brushes hit my car that’s why I have to run it through twice. Poor poor poor service. And I do keep my car in the garage.
