Mr.Marcus was extraordinary! He gave me the most amazing service! I honestly know nothing about cars and they didn’t mind explaining what was wrong with my tires. They explained everything to get me & made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner without extra fees. I personally always went to Walmart because of convenience but I won’t be anymore. They are definitely worth the try 💖. & the lobby was clean.

Read the print ask questions about there mounting policies on there New Tires ( after they mount them )
And your out the Door
They wouldn't transfer there NEW mounted tire to another Rim unless it was New from them ??? ?? (brand New) (They Wanted me to buy Another New tire ) from them ....My old Rim had Curb rash ONLY which existed before they mounted a NEW TIRE On it I had to wait until the DEALER located one / (order ) me a Rim to replace the old one
So I went back to them ( Mavis on Tara blvd ) for the swap and they refused to swap it to the new rim...... They rotate them they sell them to you but not swap one of there own to another Rim " what not enough commission to do it "
and the sales man was kinda Arrogant about it too boot!!!........with it seems like a manager right there beside him
So I went North on Tara to the other Big tire place on right a few lights and they Did it for FREE !!!!
AND THAT SALESMAN Said Bless someone else so I Gave the Cash to the tire Tech there......Mavis you lost me and my 4 cars to your Competitors

Poor customer service,
I stopped in for a quote on two 275/60R20 tires and an alignment. I was told $179 per tire and $179 for the alignment, then quoted $679 total. When I asked about the difference, the employee sighed and said installation and balancing were extra, but didn’t provide an itemized breakdown.
He also sighed when I asked to see the tires or a picture of them, and again when I politely declined and thanked him. I felt like my questions were an inconvenience. Customers should be able to understand what they’re buying and what they’re paying for. I left without purchasing because of the customer service.
