I went into Mavis Tire in Lovejoy, Georgia to get two tires, brakes and a wheel alignment. Rod the technician at the counter was so professional but was very helpful to me in deciding what tires would be best. Rod was very knowledgeable and most helpful. I was so pleased with his customer service skills. Kudos to Rod!!!

Not sure what kind of service other customers are getting, but my experience was horrible.
I came in for a wheel alignment. When I returned to pick up my car, I simply asked, “Does everything look good now?”
The response was, “I don’t know. We did what you asked us to do.”
I was surprised by that answer. I wasn’t asking for a detailed diagnosis, just expected to hear the alignment was actually needed and if everything looked good after the work was completed.
I was then told “you didn’t ask for a diagnosis, you asked to have your wheels aligned”. I wasn’t even offered a diagnosis to start with
I understand that additional diagnostics may cost extra, but I would expect a professional to provide at least some basic feedback after completing the work. A simple “Yes, it needed an alignment and it’s good now” would have gone a long way. God knows if any work has been done in the car at all.
Bad, horrible, poor customer service. Not giving this place any business again
