  I purchased a membership a couple of months ago and have been extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this location. Since becoming a member, I’ve consistently experienced poor customer service. The attendant has been rude during multiple visits and has been unwilling to provide helpful or respectful assistance. In addition, the carwash frequently runs out of clean towels, and the cleaning spray “silver containers” are often left empty, making it difficult for members to clean their vehicles. These basic issues should be addressed promptly, but they seem to be ignored. Because of these repeated experiences, I decided to visit the Grayson location instead, and the difference was remarkable. It was clean, well maintained, fully stocked with towels and cleaning supplies, and much more welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning. What was most disappointing is that the poor customer service didn’t seem limited to one employee yet appeared to reflect the overall culture at this facility.

  I don’t ask much from a car wash, just that everything works and not to be treated like a bother. The employees seem like they don’t want to be there, fine, but don’t aim that towards me. Came this Saturday morning to get a wash, came around and the vacuums weren’t on. Kindly asked for them to be on, they said they have to turn them on. Waited 10 mins, went to get gas across the street and came back. Nothing. Asked again one more time, the gentleman said nothing and finally walked outside to flip a switch on… vacuums turned on. The lack of effort and professionalism here is enough for me to cancel both my memberships.

  I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s Saturday at 10:58 and one of your associates has been talking to the car at the screen for I’d say seven minutes I pay for a membership because you can’t get your time back it’s about convenience so who knows how long she’s gonna talk to the next car in the next car cause I’m the fourth car back only one lane is open. I’m confused Here I understand, promotions, etc., etc. but this is a little much here. I’m hoping this will reach you with all due respect and you can get your other land fixed for your members but I’m still sitting here as I’m texting. I’m about to back up honestly thank you and have a blessed day

  I clicked the basic car wash and the guy turned the iPad around and clicked something then held out a card reader. I didn't think anything of it until I looked at my bank account. He had changed the car wash to a more expensive one. Not the end of the world, just dishonest. I won't be returning.
