  Until this last visit I would have recommended this company. This visit was for my regular oil change but after leaving there I realized they did not perform standard checks. No lights or other fluids as is standard with the oil change. A week later my car started running hot because I need coolant and in checking the car over all other fluids were extremely low. The receipt said they checked everything but they did not. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

  After I put a good review for this company I notice in my Invoice what kind oil filter they put on my Eco boost 2013 3.5L F-150 and is not recommended for this kind of trucks. The V088 oil filter is not recommended for the Ford F-150.The one recommended for the Ford F-150 is Motor craft FL-500-S. I personally when back and talk to the Manager and he said no one had complain and that he got 10 years doing that kind of job. I explain to him what will happen to my truck in the Turbos with that kind of Cheap oil filter they used and he say that is always recommended. He also knew what kind of oil filter is recommended for this kind of trucks too. But he didn't want to change my oil filter after I paid some much money to them to change the truck oil. This places they do not know what in the world they doing. At the end I went and paid again for my oil filter FL-500-S and when back to change it with no charge. I lot of this places they do not realize how hard we need to work to have everything we need. Cars now in day's is not a luxury any more is a working car that a takes you and family's back and for any where you need to go. But a needs to be safely. Not broken. I need mines. So, please company's Stop taking advantage from people money's and DO THE RIGHT WORK. Be realistic and be honest please. I work hard for my Pennie.

  I have been to this service center many times and always had good customer service. Tonight’s visit was not good. I was treated like I was an inconvenience. No other customers were present and our service was minimal. Even the manager acted put out because we were there. They changed the oil but did not check tire pressure, other fluids or air filter. There were times when there were no employees visible. We sat there with the hood up. I hope the work they did do was correct. My confidence is wavering. I hope this was an isolated incident.
