  Brandon, Lee, & Jake helped me today. It was an easy & quick experience. As a women who hates any car maintenance because people try to talk us into unnecessary stuff. It is such a breath of fresh air when you can come in & simply get what you need done. 100% recommend

  Definitely would not recommend! This is the second time my girlfriend took her car up there and got home and it poured oil everywhere. This is very unprofessional. I could understand if they said something was bad but they admitted the first time it was their fault and then the same week this happens. It hard to try to send her back up there because I’m scared to put oil in it and then void the whatever because someone else touched it. And if you’re a manager plzzz call me this is not cool at all. I wanna know what I can and can’t do without y'all voiding the warranty of y'all's crappy work. This is crazy. Here are all the photos of this weeks proof. This needs to be handled asap.

  I had one of the worst service experiences of my life at the Valvoline Oil Change Center in Loganville. What should have been a routine transmission fluid change turned into a complete nightmare that ruined our trip and may have permanently damaged our vehicle. After their team serviced our car, they failed to properly reinstall the transmission drain plug. Not long after leaving on vacation, the plug fell out while we were driving, causing all of the transmission fluid to leak out. As a result, our vehicle began having serious transmission issues and became unsafe to drive. This happened about 2 hours from our destination in Florida, leaving us stranded and forced to pay out of pocket for a hotel and a rental car just to get by. What makes this even worse is how the situation has been handled since. Instead of taking responsibility and acting quickly to fix the problem, they’ve been dragging their feet, avoiding clear communication, and refusing to step up and make things right. We’ve had to chase them down for updates, and they still haven’t taken proper steps to coordinate with the dealership to assess and repair the transmission damage they caused. It feels like they’re hoping we’ll just give up rather than own their mistake. A simple service error has now turned into a costly, stressful ordeal, and their lack of accountability has made it even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location—what happened to us could happen to you, and you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own.
