  Marcelo knows his job! I’ve never had my cabin filter changed. Had this car 5yrs and never was told to check it until he did it! I’m happy I stopped here!! Thanks Marcelo!

  Monarch (Asst. Manager) was the young lady who explained throughly the details that was being preformed on my car and the gentleman that was also helping was doing all the work on the car. He operated smoothly doing everything Monarch was explaining to me. The two of them worked very well together. Even though I just got an oil change, all the other services that I need to get doneI will be back for them to do the job. Also they have good prices for the services especially if you have a coupon. I would recommend Valvoline on 78 & Rosebud Rd.

  Absolute trash told me I have 10,000 miles if I paid extra to have the oil done then two weeks later I put two and a half quarts of oil in because it's low after paying them to replace the plug on the oil pan then after that I call corporate him like hey I'm over a half empty I would like to know why and the like oh just go up to them then I'm another quart and a half to two quarts low and they don't care and when I go up there and talk to them and show them the receipts and give them the oil bottles themselves my current mileage is 279949 I was supposed to be in here for a recheck at 274 272 I was told it would last over 10,000 miles it didn't last two weeks and then two weeks after that I had to put more in now I'm going to go check it again because the manager said because I was getting upset about them lying to me that I am going to have to take it up with corporate okay fine done don't go here they're going to cost you the engine of your car they're not going to do the job they say they're going to do and they lie to you about it
