We’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Ronnie is the general manager, and is always a pleasure to deal with along with the others up front. Great people!

Called yesterday to make an appointment and would not have to wait. They have a notorious reputation for having unreasonable wait times when providing any service they do. I just needed my tires rotated and balanced because I bought them there. They could not find my appointment due to a computer glitch. The lady I spoke with yesterday just happened to at the adjacent work station and remembered talking to me. The guy responded that it would be ok and they would get me taken care of. It took them one and one half hours to finally get me out of that miserable place,. The service writer told me his Technician said my rear brake pads were wearing thin and needed replacement for $225 . I told him I had a mechanic that took care of my truck and no thank you. He then proceeded to tell me he could flush my universal system for $75 . I told him once again about my mechanic. Time is precious, and I probably would have been there another 3 or 4 hours for that to get done . When going home my air pressure monitoring system showed all 4 tires has different psi readings and were under inflated. WHAT A MESS ! I have a disease called Essential Tremors and made my wait time even worse. I would give them a lower score if it was available! I will pay another company to do this service next time before I go back to this store! I am done with Tire Discounters and won’t be back!

Went there today and the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. Spoke with Donovan and Ah'nyri they were so helpful and understanding. I didn't even have an appointment and still they were able to assist me with my tire issue. They went above and beyond. I have for sure found my new tire shop and whenever needed will come back to this place just because of Donovan and Ah'nyri. Thank you guys so so much for everything you did for me. God bless yall!
