The staff at Mavis was awesome. They’re able to get me in and out within a few minutes and we’re very courteous and helpful. I came in to get a valve replacement and they were able to do it in like 10 minutes which was amazing.

I had an excellent experience this morning at Mavis! I went in for a tire rotation just to discover a nail in my left rear tire! The mechanics here identified it right away, and resolved the situation promptly with a flat repair. Shoutout to Alaies (A1) and Justin for making it so effortless and accommodating! I really do appreciate the service and customer hospitality here. 100% recommend this location!

If I could give this place more stars I would. Came in with a splash guard issue that I was not expecting to get help with right away. After I explained the issue Justin made sure me and my family could get back on the road within minutes without worrying about it hitting the ground or causing more issues. Honestly they could’ve turned me away because I was walking up with an issue off the street and no appointment but he treated me with respect and care and made sure I would be okay. It’s so good I don’t even have to get it replaced. Wow!!
