  Bailey did an outstanding job with my oil change. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into extra services. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days. Bailey’s attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work. I left knowing my vehicle was well taken care of and that I could trust the service I received. I highly recommend asking for Bailey if you need your vehicle serviced. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent experience!

  My wife and I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I called these guys and they handled both! Zak, Ian and Bailey were all great to us and the other customers. Professional, but friendly and service oriented. They understand customer service and take it seriously. Before I found these great guys, I called a franchise. AI answered my call. AI in Loganville?! I was asked silly questions. When I finally got a person, she was entitled and impatient with one basic question - Do you have 5W-50 - and ended our call because "she didnt have time for this". Do yourself a favor and go to straight to Express Oil Change! These guys answered my questions honestly and earned a customer for life.
