If I could give this place negative stars, I would! The people here have NO customer service. My parents are hard workers and unfortunately are down a truck. So they've been trying to get a rental for a hot minute. Well, one of your workers completely miscommunicated things, thus resulting in them not being able to pick up their vehicle because y'all GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Then, when they expressed their frustration, instead of fixing the situation as best they could with the customer in mind, the worker(s) decided to ARGUE with my parents. I don't how y'all were raised but this is ridiculous! If you mess up a reservation and don't do your job properly, you don't get to be rude to customers when they're rightfully upset. So, instead of fixing this awful situation that Enterprise concocted, they argued with my parents and told them to leave and never come back. You don't have to tell us twice!!!! We won't be back and y'all lost a customer FOR GOOD. Hope it is worth it and I would advise others to be wary of this place. They will not treat you with customer service and will get argumentative when things need to be fixed. Horrible service!

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car handed me a 7-seater minivan for an interstate trip while I was traveling with my ONE-MONTH-OLD infant, and the middle-row seat behind the passenger side had broken locks and was literally unstable. The seat would wobble, shift, and partially come loose while driving. Imagine putting your newborn child in a vehicle where one of the seats feels like it could detach during a trip across state lines.
What is even more disgusting is how little Enterprise cared once I reported it.
I spent HOURS on the phone making over 12 calls between customer support, roadside assistance, and multiple Enterprise branches across Georgia and Tennessee. Every single person gave me the same scripted nonsense:
“We’ll escalate it.”
“Someone will call you back.”
“A regional manager will reach out.”
None of that ever happened.
Not ONE regional manager contacted me.
Not ONE branch took accountability.
Not ONE person treated this like the serious safety issue that it was.
The only person who even attempted to help was Anushka the branch manager and JC the area managerr from Loganville/Commerce, GA, and I loved their effort. JC compensated for what happened and he took very good care of me and my family. Because of these reasons people should choose enterprise over anything

BEWARE!! Zero stars! Do NOT give enterprise your card for them to “just have on file”! I was in an accident where someone rear ended me! No fault of mine at all! Allstate was suppose to pay for everything, which enterprise assured me they would make sure they handled that, but that I had to have a card on file for incidental purposes. I brought the car back and that’s when they started charging my card for full coverage insurance for the 2 weeks I had the car. With the total coming up to $568 which Allstate was completely responsible, since one of their clients hit me! So then Lee at this location and Penny from home office both told me they would get it handled and have them reverse the $568 back in to my account and make sure Allstate paid it. I have not heard back from them nor has neither one of them helped me resolve this issue at all! I have been dealing with Wells Fargo trying to get this resolved, because I do not owe Enterprise anything! I repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD TO PUT ON FILE!! They will use it WITHOUT your permission!!

We had rented a premium SUV through the Enterprise App. We thought everything was set. They called and left us a message the night before 15 minutes before every rental place was closing to tell us they could not fulfill our SUV request. Said we would have to drive an hour away to get the vehicle we requested at the airport. This was very disappointing and they shouldn't advertise premium vehicles at this location online if they can't fulfill request. We showed up at 8am to see what could be figured out and they basically told us tough luck and offered us a minivan. Very poor communication and customer service. Hertz was able to fulfill our request same day.

Recently had someone hit my car and leased a vehicle from this location while it was being repaired. Was told by the Mgr that I would get a 'cross-over' SUV. Upon arriving they actually offered a much larger vehicle but it would not have fit into our garage. Then was given a Dodge Durango. This vehicle was a rag. It was dirty (they merely squirted it off.) It had food, jewelry, coins, and dried things all over the inside and the windows looked as if they had mildew on them. It was a 2024 model with over 67,000 miles on it. The worst was that it would not stay in gear and would slip down into 2nd gear while you are driving. The outside paint had started oxidizing and there were dings all over the entire car. This car should have been taken off the leasing program loooong ago. Went back to dealer a few days later and they said 'they didn't have anything else'. I don't know if he was upset that he could not lease the Large vehicle (since WE were not being charged) and had to give us something smaller or what. Upon first contact this was NOT the vehicle that he had promised to give us. Bad experience all the way around.
Now have rec'd reply from the "Owner" giving me a link to continue the conversation. LOL. Guess what? the link goes to a page and says it 'error' page can not be found' Am I surprised?
Ok, the person I dealt with was Lee, the Manager. Christina, call him and talk to HIM. RA # 2WB5WG 3/30- 4/10 we had to drive this hunk of junk.
Actually someone called today to tell me that they had 'received' the return of the car. LOL. But this was done LAST Friday. I told him I had already left my review publicly.
