  I will say my experience with enterprise was great. The representatives were polite and cheerful. My only dislike was that it looks like smokers are still smoking in vehicles marked not to smoke in. Enterprise in my opinion must intensify their education on any customer who comes to rent from them. It was quite offensive to be smelling all the cigarettes odors coming out the vents.

  Terrible customer service . We booked a car and when we got there they didn’t have it and had no other accommodations . They were rude as well. Would not recommend .

  I have used them a few times and not once did I have a problem. It didn’t matter which member of the team I talked to they went above and beyond. Very friendly staff that doesn’t mind helping. Doesn’t matter who You talk to it’s like everyone knows what the next one is doing. Recommend highly

  BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS FROM STORE MANAGER ALLEN ​I had a terrible experience at the Enterprise on Commerce Drive in Loganville today. After an accident, I was approved for a premium rental. Store manager Allen happily showed me a premium vehicle until he realized insurance was paying instead of me out of pocket. ​Suddenly, his attitude shifted, he claimed they do not carry premium vehicles, and tried to force me into a downgrade. It is clear this location only cares about squeezing maximum cash out of customers paying directly rather than honoring proper service for insurance rentals. Allen's lack of transparency and refusal to accommodate me was dishonest and completely unprofessional. ​Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Insurance companies and local drivers need to take their business to a location that actually respects its customers. I will be reporting this conduct directly to Enterprise corporate and my insurance adjuster. Avoid THIS PLACE!

  After returning my rental, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener inside. I called the location and spoke with another employee first she was very rude. I simply asked if the truck had been cleaned out yet because I was trying to locate my garage door opener. Instead of answering my question, she repeatedly told me I would need to come check the lost and found. When I politely asked again if she could confirm whether the truck had been cleaned, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Terry. She immediately understood my concern and said, “Please hold, Mr. Wright. I’ll go outside and check the truck for you.” A few minutes later, she came back, confirmed she had found my garage door opener, and told me she would put my name on it so I could pick it up. That is what excellent customer service looks like. Terry took ownership of the situation, showed genuine care, and resolved my issue within minutes. I hope Enterprise recognizes Terry for her exceptional service. As for the other employee I initially spoke with, I believe additional customer service training is needed. Hanging up on a customer who is simply asking for help is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service customers expect from Enterprise.
