    It's hit and miss with the Loganville Enterprise. Made reservations several months early and followed up in advance. They assured me the 7 passenger Wagoneer would be available. We it came time to pickup no car. Had to settle for an Hyundai Tucson compact, its going to be a very cramped uncomfortable ride to South Florida. All I can say is don't get your hopes up for a vehicle.

    Avoid the Loganville Enterprise branch. I reserved an SUV for a Friday 1:00 PM pickup. After multiple calls and false assurances a driver was coming, no one arrived by 2:25 PM. When I called back, I was put on a 10-minute hold, hung up on, and the office stopped answering completely. Upon finally reaching someone, I was told zero SUVs were available despite my confirmed reservation for a critical business trip with coworkers and large equipment. Because they dodged our calls, my husband had to visit the branch in person. The manager was entirely dismissive, unapologetic, and offered no resolution beyond suggesting I drive to the airport for a new reservation. I escalated this to corporate and explicitly requested contact from the Regional Manager, but have been completely ignored. I was forced to drive an hour out of my way to the airport just to secure the vehicle I originally reserved. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unacceptable.

    My experience with this location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I made my reservation several days in advance and even received a confirmation call a few days before pickup. During that call, I confirmed my reservation with an employee and was assured everything was in order. When I arrived at approximately 5:30 p.m. to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that the full-size SUV I had reserved was not available and that they intended to give me a midsize SUV instead. Unfortunately, that was not an acceptable substitute, as I specifically reserved a full-size SUV to accommodate my travel needs. I asked why no one contacted me beforehand so I could make alternative arrangements, and the employee responded that they are "not allowed to turn away customers." That explanation was both frustrating and unacceptable. Knowing they could not fulfill my reservation, the professional thing to do would have been to notify me immediately rather than have me arrive expecting a vehicle that was never available. I then contacted customer service and was told my concern would be escalated and that the location would work to find the vehicle I reserved. I never received a follow-up call. After contacting customer service again, I was informed that the issue had been marked urgent and sent to the area manager, but I was also advised to create a "Plan B." As a result of Enterprise's failure to honor a confirmed reservation and communicate proactively, I was left scrambling at the last minute to find another rental, hoping a vehicle would be available and likely paying significantly more due to the short notice. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with this location, which suggests a pattern of poor planning and customer service rather than an isolated incident. A reservation should provide customers with confidence, not uncertainty and inconvenience. Based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this location and hope management takes meaningful steps to improve its business practices and customer communication.
