    SHENA is an absolute powerhouse. I needed to remove the camper top from my truck a task I genuinely didn't think I could handle but she completely transformed my perspective. SHENA didn't just point me to an aisle, she skillfully identified the exact tools required, gave me flawless direction, and infused me with the confidence to get the job done myself. ​Her patience, sharp attention to detail, and vibrant energy are unmatched. To cap it off, her genuine hospitality shone through when she guided me to wash up afterward and ensured I was fully taken care of before I left. It is clear that GOD placed her exactly where she needed to be to be a blessing today. SHENA doesn’t just deliver retail service, she delivers empowerment. Her presence is genuinely impactful, and she leaves a lasting impression on everyone she helps.     Worst customer service experience. The front desk employee was talking rude, had an attitude, and did not help me find the item I was looking for. I believe it would be good for the manager or owner to speak with the employees about being more polite and professional with customers. As I read others feedback I believe everyone has bad experiences from the same employee. If there is a manager or owner that has access to people’s feedback, I would be really appreciate if they take an action instead of replying “apologies” to people’s feedback. Thank you.

    I had a terrible experience with the staff at this place, especially the older man who works there. He wasn't even wearing a name tag, and he spoke to customers in a completely unprofessional manner. He had an attitude and would often double-charge customers. Even when you politely pointed out the mistake, he would become defensive.

    I’ve been a member of this community for 12 years, I’m also the owner of a local Car Repair shop(in the community) Sometimes I have excessive hydraulic fluid and old oil from car repairs. So I bring it here to be recycled. The policy is 5 gallons per customer! It’s been that way forever! I don’t know this managers name, because she wouldn’t give it to me when I asked. However, she is Spanish, with glasses. I patronize this business regularly for parts, and she literally likes to micro manage my oil disposal. If I have 6 gallons-that’s too much. If I have two buckets that are half full, oh that’s too much! No it’s 5 gallons per customer. I pray that someone in management takes a look at this review and advise there management to be a tad bit more courteous to the members of this community, who patronize this establishment on a regular basis.

    The worst place ever!! Arrived 10 min before closing and the door was locked. Two men inside, one young black guy and the other an older man, lighter complexion who was counting money at the cash register. I thought he (older guy) was kind enough to open the door but when he addresses me he yelled at me and said go to the back to find what you wanted. I told him to not talk to me like that. I also asked him why is he closed and that I knew what I wanted. It was Lucas oil 93 and he yelled at me again. I’m literally shaking still by his rude tone, approach, combative approach. I will never come here again. My first impression was awful and very disturbing. I’ve been in many auto zone and NEVER been treated like this . Image of the older employee, most likely manager, that approached me aggressively. I’m still in shock!
