Every single employee goes above and beyond..they don’t just point you to an aisle, they walk with you, share expert knowledge, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need to get back on the road safely.It is so rare to find a business where every single person on the staff is this dedicated, enthusiastic, and kind. Their customer service is a masterclass in how a business should be run. They have officially earned a customer for life..thank you all for being so incredible!

I was told they had two of the part I needed in stock, but the lady helping me said she didn’t know where they were. The only person who actually took the time to look was a short little guy with glasses, and he was the one who ended up finding the part. Didn’t get his name, but I appreciate him actually doing his job. Other than that, the whole experience was frustrating. If you’re looking for parts, I’d recommend going to the Grayson location instead. I definitely won’t be coming back to the Loganville store. Glad I learned my lesson.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
