  LARRY was absolutely wonderful this morning. He was so pleasant and professional and my vehicle was being extremely difficult, but he still did it all with a smile. He explained to me what he was doing. He showed me what my filters looked like compared to what they’re supposed to look like. I would definitely utilize the services again.

  Got an oil change here and two weeks later my car started making a weird noise sounding like a bus. I went back and called several times all for them to tell me the mechanic never shows up on time. I trusted them with a basic oil change, now I have a bigger problem. Won’t be returning⚠️

  I had an exceptional experience at Speedee Oil Change! James was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle after it broke down, and he was able to get it serviced and back on the road quickly. The pricing was very affordable, the customer service was excellent, and James kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find a place that combines great service, fair pricing, and good communication. I truly recommend this location to anyone needing automotive work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Great service from Saturday's crew! Yesterday, I had a low tire pressure error on my car and James, Terry, and Rod gladly assisted me. Terry verified the manufacturer recommendation posted on the door. Then, James checked the psi and filled the driver side's tires with the spec amount of air. Great customer service!l from the team. This was a return visit because of the consistent great service in the past.

  Hi, I’m following up regarding my review and the response I received from your company asking me to email for further assistance. I sent an email as requested, but I have not received a response yet. I would appreciate an update regarding this matter. Thank you. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at SpeeDee Oil. On July 20, we took our Dodge Ram 1500 to SpeeDee for an oil change. Before taking the truck there, we had no oil leak. Shortly after leaving SpeeDee, we noticed oil leaking from underneath the truck. We immediately took the truck back to SpeeDee and explained what happened. They attempted to fix the issue but were unable to do so. SpeeDee then had the truck towed to a Dodge Chrysler dealership for further inspection. The Dodge dealership informed us that the truck needed another engine. SpeeDee has not resolved this situation, and we are still dealing with the consequences of what happened after the oil change. I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but the timing of this issue immediately following the oil change is extremely concerning to us. We expected our vehicle to be serviced properly and returned to us in the same condition it was in when we brought it in. This has been a very frustrating and costly experience, and I would strongly encourage anyone using this location to carefully check their vehicle after service and keep documentation of everything.
