    I showed up close to closing for a last minute emissions. Larry was still very pleasant and assured me that there was not a problem and took care of it. Shop was busy and there were a couple of customers who seemed impatient, yet Larry kept smiling! He was also patiently training a couple of team members on invoicing and I was impressed with his multi-tasking! Will be back soon.

    Everything time I come here its a great experience. I usually get Brandy for oil Changes but today Larry did my emissions and the service was fast. But the Customer service was Exceptional. I will be telling all the women in my life this is a honest place where you aren't made to feel uncomfortable.

    Couldn’t get my oil filter off, which happens I guess. Took close to an hour while sitting in a hot car. Told me I didn’t need to rotate my tires because they were too new (6000 miles on them). I believe it’s because they had a car in the bay they didn’t want to move. Took ten minutes to figure out how to clear my oil maixtenance light. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I spent 119. On oil that I’m going to have to pay for again when I take it somewhere that can get the oil filter off. Such a mess!!

    Please be careful bringing your car here. I just got off the phone because I was inquiring about a transmission fluid drain and fill. The man on the phone says “a flush?”. I say “no a drain and fill.” He proceeds to tell me “it’s the same thing”. IT IS NOT THE SAME THING. And if he believes that, it’s possible he could mess up someone’s vehicle especially a higher mileage vehicle. A drain and fill is draining the older fluid and putting it back in and adding new fluid. A flush is completely flushing the fluid and replacing it. Please train your techs on what the difference is. I bought my car here three times in the past but I won’t be back because of this. You could mess up somebody’s transmission not knowing the difference between the two.
