  !!!!DO NOT GO HERE AND DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR BUT GOOGLE IS MAKING ME!!!!! I came for a routine oil change for my car that I just purchased in June on Monday, August 31st because my normal place was booked and I needed it changed quick. I’ve taken 2 previous cars there before with no issues.. “JM” was my hood tech, mechanic and cashier. JM proceeded to tell me that I needed four new tires that my tires were bad and quoted me $873.63 then proceeded to tell me as well that I needed a new serpentine belt (alternator and water pump belt) quoted me $531.05… I am a woman I have no idea about cars… but I do know that my car is NEW with LOW mileage and I have only had it 3 months! THANKFULLY I am no fool and I reached out to the dealership I bought the car at AND my family owns a junk yard and I do nothing to my car without consulting my family first! I took my car to TWO very experienced mechanics and both told me that my belt if PERFECTLY fine and NOTHING is wrong with my tires!!!! This is VERY POOR business and SCAMMING place! Had I listened to this “mechanic” I would have been SCAMMED out of $1,404.68!!! This place should probably stick to oil changes only & “JM” and his buddy who tried to help him scam me should probably find a new career! 🙂

  Josh gave me excellent service he made sure to explain the service review for me after explaining what all my car needs done he also went out of his way to explain some features on my new car I just bought I will continue to use Express I used to go to Conyers all the time but I think the little drive to locust grove isn't bad for the service that is provided there they also always honor my coupons they send to my email . I can't say how much I appreciate the team in locust grove.

  Tyler was the most polite and professional that works at this location. He smile and answered all the questions I presented to him. The entire team was nice and hardworking.

  I went in today to get an oil change. Tyler helped me, and it was the best car experience I’ve had as a female!!! He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and just all around a great guy! Everyone should definitely go see him for car services!

  They’re not attentive and have poor management skills. Too many guys on the team who are only interested in chatting amongst each other about unprofessional things such as being intimate with girls. I came in to plug a tire. I was spoken to condescendingly by a young guy who wasn’t even repairing the tire. My car was pulled away and sat with the rest of the customers who were waiting hours for the same thing.
