I got an oil change at this place on 9/4/26…yesterday 10/1/26 my light came on that I needed to get an oil change. So I told my husband to check it to see if everything was okay…it turns out they never did an oil change on it. I went up today 10/2/26 to speak with them and I spoke to the manager he checked it out he said everything was fine, so I asked him why is it saying that I need an oil change if I just got it done not even a month ago and my husband checked it no oil change on it at all. Anyways the manager was extremely disrespectful to me he said I quote “ your dash board is in Spanish my guys don’t understand Spanish“ and they had shut off the light before, I said okay well if that’s the case why didn’t they asked me I could of had change in the settings to English.this wasn’t the first time that I had got an oil change here and we never had a English or Spanish problem so why now?! Continues to be disrespectful about starts saying he not going to do this today and shuts the window in my face. I was never disrespectful in anyway I just said yall need to check it out and or I need my money back or something. I will never go back to this place again. I just feel like if your the manger your suppose to help not disrespect customers like that. If you can’t be a manger you should not be working as one.
