  I arrived at this establishment today for an oil change. I was serviced by Jake. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have been to other express oil changes before. None of them compared to the service I received here. He put air in my tires, washed my windows, and genuinely seemed like a great employee. I will return for my next oil change and I encourage you all to do the same. Have a blessed day!

  I needed a battery change last minute (it was 5:45pm and they closed at 6pm) and they did not hesitate one bit to help us! They were so nice and professional. They worked us right in and had everything done in less than an hour. Thank you Austin and Omari!

  I came here for an emissions test. Granted they seemed busy, it took nearly 2 hours. I'm not angry because I was off of work that day so I had time. 2 stars because I brought my wife's vehicle in for a catalytic converter replacement about 6 months ago. An exhaust leak developed not long after. After observing where it was welded, I saw that the welds were very poor quality, with gaps around the intersecting exhaust pipes. I welded it up myself and called it a day. I wouldn't use this location for anything other than emissions. They are friendly and informative. I hate giving a negative review but it has to be done. Choose wisely about who does your maintenence. Have a great day.

  I’ve always gotten exceptionally good customer service here during an oil change. But just once I decide to get my tires rotated and balanced the car rides worse than it did before I had it done. I went back the next day to be asked if I could come back the next morning as it was 4 o’clock, and they would be closing in an hour. Mind you it only took them 15 minutes to do them to begin with so why would it take any longer to double check and try to correct if there was a problem? Needless to say I’ll go back to Southern Tire Mart for all my tire needs and only use Express for oil changes.

  Omari was great and had outstanding service! He was so good, he successfully did 2 oil changes at the same time in two different lanes & didn’t miss a thing for either one! He was a very genuine person so of course he gave his store manager credit for everything he knows but with how hard he was working, & with the current store manager doubting his performance, I’d say Omari needs to be the store manager! Even when the lanes started to get long he opened an extra lane to make everything move quicker & he makes you feel very welcomed! 10/10 would recommend!
