  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service — Kris Deserves Recognition! I had such an incredible experience with Kris at the AutoZone in Locust Grove that I felt it was important to take the time to recognize her. I needed assistance with my battery, and Kris went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, courteous, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. She didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was just another customer—she took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and that I was taken care of properly. To AutoZone management and leadership: employees like Kris are an asset to your company. Great customer service can completely change someone’s experience with a business, and Kris represented AutoZone exceptionally well. Her professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help deserve to be recognized. If opportunities for advancement or promotion become available, I sincerely hope Kris is considered. She is exactly the type of employee you want representing your company and serving your customers. Thank you again, Kris!   Yesterday, I placed an online order for an H6-AGM battery for my Honda Odyssey and picked it up from the Locust Grove AutoZone on my way home from work. Once I got home, I pulled the dying battery out of my van and immediately realized they had given me the wrong battery. I double-checked my online order to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but I had ordered the correct H6-AGM. Instead, I was given an H5 battery that wasn’t even close to the same specs as what I purchased. I’ll admit I should’ve checked the battery before leaving the store, but I was in a rush and assumed I had been given what I paid for. I ended up going to the Jackson AutoZone, explained what happened, and they were able to get me the correct battery. While they were helping me, they informed me that I had somehow been charged TWICE for the H6 battery — so not only was I given the completely wrong battery, I was double-charged for the correct one. Apparently, I wasn’t the only person who had issues with the Locust Grove location yesterday either per the Jackson store. The Jackson AutoZone got everything straightened out for me, and I appreciate their help, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to the Locust Grove location.

  I have been in this store quite a few times and usually have a great experience! The last time I was in, I was helped by a young girl with rainbow colored hair and a gentleman with long hair. They were both very helpful, but there was a woman with red hair who was just hanging around as the phone rang. (Now I see why it’s hard to get an answer sometimes when I have called.) She repeatedly interrupted the two workers that were helping me so that was really frustrating. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I do hope someone higher up can see this and resolve the issue for any other customers in the future. Thank you to the two that helped me and remained patient and focused to the best of your ability while doing so!
