  Faith helped me get a new oil filter/ oil change bundle and let me know about the free battery recharges, I’m definitely coming back with some batteries

  I have been in this store quite a few times and usually have a great experience! The last time I was in, I was helped by a young girl with rainbow colored hair and a gentleman with long hair. They were both very helpful, but there was a woman with red hair who was just hanging around as the phone rang. (Now I see why it’s hard to get an answer sometimes when I have called.) She repeatedly interrupted the two workers that were helping me so that was really frustrating. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I do hope someone higher up can see this and resolve the issue for any other customers in the future. Thank you to the two that helped me and remained patient and focused to the best of your ability while doing so!

  I had a great experience with Tiffany at AutoZone. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and took the time to assist me with what I needed. I really appreciated her customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with another employee—the guy with the long hair—was difficult. I could not see his nametag. He was rude and not helpful at all, which made the interaction frustrating. Tiffany definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. I hope management addresses the way customers (and employees) are treated by other employees.

  Shout out to Heather, Jeremy and Faith with whom I had the pleasure of helping me when the belt on my car broke. They went the extra mile to get me back on the road very quickly thanks to their relationship with local Mobile mechanic. There’s never a good time for something to break down, but I am very grateful that I was able to get to this AutoZone this evening 8/14/26. Thank You!

  If I could give a 10 Star, I would!!! I can not say enough how amazing the people that work here are. More specifically Faith and Shane. I am from TN, I was on my way up from Forsyth. Battery light came on, I took that exit in tears, being I was 3+ hours from home. I went into the store in tears, explained my situation, Faith immediately said clam down we'll check it out. Battery was good, alternator wasn't. It was 95° out, I have a special needs daughter confined to a wheelchair, and could not control my emotions. Faith and Shane were so nice, they let us hang out in the store, and tried diligently to find an alternator(their store didn't have one in stock for my 2021 Hyundai). They offered drinks for myself and my daughter, let me charge my phone, were such compassionate people, I will never for get their kindness. Once one was on site, they called a friend Asante @ Cutting EdgeAuto Sales and repair. He literally installed the part, in the parking lot! A complex job to say the least and he had us road ready in an hour and a half!!--AND DIDN'T ASK 4 AN ARM AND A LEG FOR LABOR!!! I CAN NOT SAY IT ENOUGH, IF YOUR EVER IN THESE PART AND ARE IN A BIND, GO HERE!! In this day and age, you don't always come across kind and caring people, they were angels all of them. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!!!(Also, I had asked..if I bought a battery and just pushed my luck would it at least get us closer to home, they insisted that wasn't a safe option, being newer cars use so many electronics..that i possibly cld make it 20-40mins..and be stuck in the middle of ATL broke down..and if worse came to worst I cld leave my car parked there until they ordered the part and got it in) ID GIVE 100 Stars if I could!!
