The first time I didn't catch it till afterwards so I've paid attention since then and stop the transaction before overpaying at a grade I did not select. This is a disturbing issue and not a coincidence since it has happened Numerous times at different pumps!!!!
- JSjamila suttonAug 11, 20261.0I go here a lot they have a new guy worker at the cash register that is this respectful I was talking to him about black History month and tell him about my ancestor which is my great-great-grandmother and all the sudden he just come out of nowhere when I told him I'm just like my grandmother very nice to people and over kind to people I don't know where he said I bet you not like that no more I told them I'm from South Carolina Charleston county we going to always be nice caring people but he did not have no right to say I bet you not like that no he don't no me personally I used to been a manager for gas station stores in South Carolina until I move he's not professionally on how he talk to customers at all I'm welling to get his name and report him to their corporate department this happened today at 1:30 pm
- NLNancy LatnerJul 26, 20261.01-Star Review – QuikTrip on Panola Road and Hillandale I stopped at the QuikTrip on Panola Road and Hillandale to purchase gas and use the restroom. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the women’s restroom, I found paper towels scattered across the floor, wet floors throughout the restroom, and an overall lack of cleanliness. As a person with a mobility disability who uses a cane, I needed to use the ADA-accessible stall. However, the accessible stall was covered in feces, making it completely unusable. The second stall was also unsanitary, with urine covering the toilet area and the floor behind it. Because neither stall was usable, I was forced to wait for another customer to finish before I could use the restroom. Standing and waiting for an extended period is difficult due to my mobility limitations. Afterward, I notified the employee at the front register as well as an officer on duty that the restroom required immediate attention. I explained that I use a cane and was unable to use the ADA-accessible stall because of its condition. Rather than expressing concern, apologizing, or taking immediate action, the employee simply responded, “Mm-hmm,” and walked away. Her dismissive attitude made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. Businesses have a responsibility to maintain clean, sanitary, and accessible restrooms for all customers, especially those who rely on ADA-compliant facilities. Cleanliness is important, but so is the way customers are treated when they bring serious concerns to the staff’s attention. I hope management addresses both the condition of the restrooms and the level of customer service provided at this location so that future customers—particularly those with disabilities—are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.
